Omni huntsman(On Hold)

V8E12 The final word

Everyone. Until volume 9(or RWBY ice queendom) this will be the temporary end on Omni huntsman. I hoped all of you enjoyed this story, I know I have tons of fun writing. But I'll stop talking, and let y'all enjoy!

The green energy of y/n charges at the red energy of albedo, flashing with a standstill, as the green energy of penny and the red energy of cinder clash at each other behind them.

Albedo bashes his skull into y/n's head, causing him to flinch, giving albedo the chance to toss him aside. But y/n catches himself, and dashes back at albedo.

Cinder launches a fireball hitting Penny in the back. She then tries to use her Grimm arm to grab Penny, but a Queen Lancer summoned by Weiss is shown to fly by and get Penny out of the way. Nora watches the crowd of people running for the Vacuo portal.

Jaune: "Priority one"

Nora looks back to her leader and they exchange nods, continuing with the evacuation.

Back with the fight, penny turns to Weiss.

Penny: "Weiss, all she ever wanted was the Maiden power. I can buy you all time"

Weiss: "But, Penny-"

Suddenly, Weiss is struck in the back by a fireball, causing her Queen Lancer summon to disappear. They fall onto one of the platforms, both of their Auras flicker. Cinder lands nearby and smirks evilly. Penny gasps as Cinder looks to Weiss, the Staff of Creation next to her. Penny suddenly gets up and blocks her path.

Penny: "I’m right here! I’m what you want!"

Cinder: I want it all...

Cinder launches herself forward, but suddenly is kicked in the face by Blake Belladonna, pushed back some distance away from them. Blake then looks to Weiss.

Blake: "Get up!"

Weiss does so, grabbing Myrtenaster and the Staff. She then runs off as Blake and Penny face Cinder, their weapons at the ready.

Y/n grabs albedo's arm, and swings him around, and smashes him into the floor, with albedo forming his rockets, and shooting a barrage point blank at y/n. Y/n once again gets sent flying, giving albedo the time to get back up.

Albedo: "this is getting fun!"

Albedo forms both knuckle launchers, and sent an even bigger barrage at y/n, who was ready to dodge, but behind him just so happened to be Ruby, who was fighting alone against charmcaster. Crossing his arms, y/n takes the full blunt of albedo's attack, and to keep traction, y/n grows wildvine vines from his back, and buries them in the floor.

Behind him, charmcaster tosses a ball of energy at ruby, which knocks her back, and completely destroys her aura.

Charmcaster: "y'know, when I heard that Tennyson got a team, I wasn't expecting it to be full of whiny little girls!"

Charmcaster casts an incantation, and holds her hands forward, ready to off Ruby right then. However, as the magic blasts forward, a large glyph blocks the attack.

Weiss: "Leave her alone!"

Weiss skates forward, and using the staff, she knocks charmcaster away from Ruby. Seeing the added combatant again, charmcaster grunts, and speaks an incantation.

Charmcaster: "if you think I'll let you outplay me, I'd rather leave. Byebye now!"

With a wave of her hand, charmcaster disappears. Seeing this out of the side of her eye, cinder grows angry, and easily kicks Blake over the edge.

Penny: "Blake!"

Penny flies after her. This catches the attention of y/n, who turns around the fly after her too, but albedo grabs y/n, and wraps his arms around him in a way that almost kept him from moving completely.
