UEM 10: Gratitude

Months from now... this world will finally end.

In the month of Cosmos.

And we still don't have any idea where the hell Letizia is.

The idea of convincing those four to team up with us is killing me. We also still need to find the other two.

My family isn't even helping me in this situation. I know that I can take the organization and our power as a privilege to find out the things that I want to find out. But with the task they left me, I don't know anymore. They're making it worse.

But it's not like I can't do it. I won't let myself get used like this if I won't receive anything in return.

At nandito na ako.

I need them. They need me. We're all benefiting from each other.

I'm not even sure if those memories are even real.

The only real about it was my feelings. Which I would need to put aside from now on.

I observed my deadpan eyes in the mirror and took my time processing how I looked.

A grin crept on my face.

Hindi ako nagkamali sa mga naiisip noon.

I definitely look good in their uniform. It suits me well.

"I really don't like sharing rooms," parinig muli ni Lana mula sa kabilang bahagi ng silid.

I slowly turned to her and shrugged at her. It's not like I want to share rooms with her, too!

But rooms in the dormitory are quite spacious. Around three to five students can live together, to be honest.

"We'll get used to it, too..." Maori softly answered while struggling to fold her clothes.

Lumapit ako at umupo sa kama niya. I reached one of her clothes and folded it lazily.

Our room is huge. I also think that it can be used as a study room as well. Then, the partition where our bedroom is located. It looked simple but definitely comfortable.

And any visitor can surely tell which things belong to us. Most of Maori's personal things are violet while mine are in different shades of green.

I think three people can fit in there and I must say that it used up a lot of space in the room.

On the right side was my small and simple bed with a comforter and pillowcases in butterfly print.

We divided the space nicely. Although I just let Maori used some of my space since she really has a lot of clothes.

"You could've told your parents to give you two a separate room," Lana pointed out while looking at us boredly.
