James was shocked whoever this person was didn't do the right thing by wearing his ancestor's crest on his cloak and he was disgracing their heritage he was a murderer for god's sake this was the end of it, James Potter had finally lost it as he walked his wand gripped in his hands towards the entry doors of the chamber as he intended to kill the person disgracing his ancestor's heritage.

"Who are you? Did you kill Madam Umbridge?" Questioned Dumbledore completely ignoring the fact he had Peverell crest on his cloak

"Yes, I did"' replied the cold voice behind the cloud which was covering the person's face

"Are you one of Grindelwald's followers? '' Dumbledore asked, remembering his old friend who had the madness of Deathly hallows had kept Peverell crest as his flag by which Lord Potter was enraged and declared war on him.

"You stupid goat I will never follow any sick idiots like him or Voldemort" whole courtroom shivered as they heard their beloved Dark Lords' name

"Then who are you?" Dumbledore enquired

"Aurors arrest that man for killing Umbitch" Fudge yelled practically jumping in his seat

"Stay put errors I don't want any innocent blood in my hands" The mysterious man warned which send chills down the trained Auror's spine as they froze in the place they were standing

"As for who I am, I am Hadrian James Potter '' Harry said as he removed the part of the cloak which was covering his face. He now had a more defined jawline, and his eyes looked cold like a battle-hardened old man.

"You sick bastard you dare defile my ancestor's heritage by putting their crest on your disgraceful body" yelled James as he entered the courtroom he sent a gray-colored spell towards Harry who easily dodged it and flashed a smile at James who was dumbstruck Harry "Hey Dad"

"Haa rry" James stuttered as he dropped the wand on the ground, the same reaction was given by 3 men who had followed him

"Hey Snuffles, Uncle Frank, and Cyrus' ' Harry greeted his family and turned towards Dumbledore who had a strange twinkle in his eyes as he was looking at Harry.

"Old man, are you sure you are not a Pedophile?" Harry asked the question which bugged him for many years "If you are then I warn you I'll cut that little ...."

"Harry I assure you I am not a Pedophile" Dumbledore blurted out in embarrassment Sirius and James were on the ground laughing. There was an awkward silence before everyone's attention went to Umbitch's dead Body

"Aurors arrest that Boy for killing an esteemed member of our society" Fudge ordered

"Now Fudgy don't be cranky I know, I killed your beloved, but honestly I Don't Give a F#!@" Harry yawned as he told "and it's Heir Potter to everyone here, I may have been gone for a few months it doesn't mean it changes my position as Heir to Potter Clan" Harry warned everyone

"Mr. Potter you were declared dead and the title of Heir eventually passed to your younger brother," Dumbledore told

"That's where you're wrong Dumbdore, was I declared dead by my family?" Harry said

"No but.."

"Was I declared dead by my family or Gringotts?"

"Was it announced that my younger brother is the Heir in wizengamot"

"Lord Potter do you acknowledge me as the Heir of the Potter Clan," Harry said turning towards James
