This was probably the strangest combination of people he’d ever seen in a room together, and Yuuji had met a lot of weird people in the past few months.
"Shouta sends his regards." Gojou sensei drawled, popping handfuls of sugar cubes into his mouth. Principal Gakuganji grimaced as the silver-haired man swung his legs onto the table. "He's a bit busy cosplaying as a mummy right now, but he's with us in spirit!"
Sir Nighteye sighed, pushing away the sugar bowl as Gojou sensei reached for seconds. "It appears that time did little to cure your sugar addiction."
"Aww, so you do care about me, Sasaki~" Gojou sensei cooed. The trio cringed as their teacher blew a kiss at the disgruntled hero.
"Hardly," Sir Nighteye replied mildly. "It would simply be inconvenient if an important coworker were to die of a sugar overdose."
"'Important'?" Gojou sensei gasped dramatically. "I knew we were meant to be~"
"You can rot in oblivion after this case for all I care."
“I must be dreaming.” Fushiguro muttered as they watched their teacher banter with the pro hero (why was he here anyways??) while the principal’s expression turned more and more thunderous. “Is sensei actually getting along with a hero?”
Kugisaki snorted. "If 'getting along' meant annoying one to death."
"My patience is wearing thin." Principal Gakuganji growled. "Satoru, you dare waltz in here unannounced with that student of yours and a hero at your heels? You of all people should know the consequences of working with—"
"Play nice, geezer. I know you make exceptions for your old hero buddies too." Gojou sensei said breezily, gesturing to Sir Nighteye. "Besides, you're talking to the most competent dude in the hero industry. I take back every nasty thing I've said about heroes when it comes to him!"
Sir Nighteye dipped his head in a polite nod. "While it is a pleasure to work with you again, Satoru, I must emphasize that I cannot reciprocate those sentiments due to your terrible humor and unwarranted opinions of All Might."
