"Search for a way to destroy the invincible contracts? I like that! Even though it's kinda devious~" Ace remarked. He was holding his hands behind his head.
You, Grim, and Jack met up with Ace and Deuce after class. Yuu was unfortunately too busy running errands for Azul to join. You were in the exterior hallway during the lunch break. Once you all linked up, you told them your plan. They seemed for it.
Deuce tapped his fingers on his chin. Still, it was a good idea. "That may prove more beneficial to us. Even though it's devious." He agreed with the notion.
"Shut up! We're not in any position to be going by the rules, yanno!" Grim snapped at them. He just wanted this stupid anemone off already. Unlike them, he wasn't picky with the method.
"Plus, they're also cheating, you know?" Jack chimed in. He crossed his arms as he continued. "Azul's the one who sent those two to get in our way of getting the picture."
In this case, it's okay to fight fire with fire. Even though they're sea creatures... and it's underwater.
"Leona might be devious himself, but he's a very sharp guy. I think there's merit in trying what he said." He added.
Wearily, Deuce furrowed his brows. "I feel like we're said the word 'devious' one too many times, huh..." He observed. To him, It doesn't even sound like a word anymore.
Grim stopped and shivered to himself. The only thing super devious to him were those creepy eels.
"Oouuuh... just the memory of being chased by the twins underwater is making my skin crawl, yanno!" He fearfully recalled, trying not to cry. They were so scary...
That got Deuce thinking for a moment. "A contest of speed... Grr, I could beat them if you could ride a magical wheel underwater!" He lamented in frustration.
Magical wheel?
'What's a magical wheel?' Tilting your head, you typed down your question and showed it to Deuce.
Deuce perked up. He was glad to tell you all about it. "Oh! A magical wheel is a vehicle that only has one wheel. It runs on magic."
'Is it like a car?' You surmised.
Deuce smiled weakly as he held his chin. Not really. "K-Kind of...? There's less parts to it, so there's nothing separating you from the outside like a car does." He remembered you weren't well-versed on technology, so he tried to simplify his explanation. Still, he wasn't the best when it came to describing things. "Uh... here, it'll be easier if we look it up."
Deuce borrowed your phone and showed you pictures of what it looked like. As he said, it was a strange contraption with only one wheel. Needless to say, it piqued your interest.
"But that's what makes it fun to ride! It's fast, and you really feel the rush when you fly down the road, with the wind blowing through your hair!" He was getting excited just describing it.
Your eyes sparkled in amazement. 'Wow, that sounds so cool!' You typed out.
"Right?! I'll take you for a spin sometime! You'll love it!" He suggested, and you nodded eagerly. You looked forward to it!
