"Abhimanyu, Akshara ki appointment kitne bje hai", asked Shefali. But Abhimanyu didn't reply anything to her. He is lost in his own thoughts.

"Abhimanyu", said Shefali and jerked him to bring him back to the land of living.

"Haa, bhabhi kuch keh rhi thi kya aap", asked Abhi.

"Abhimanyu, I am asking about the time of Akshara's appointment", Shefali asked again.

"10:30", replied Abhimanyu.

"Bache school gye bhabhi", asked Abhi.

"Haa, Niel bas abhi sab bacho ko chod kr aya hai. Aanu Akshara se milne ki ziddh kr rhi thi pr Niel use samjha ke le gya" replied Shefali.

"Bhabhi I am so scared. Akshu ko kuch nhi hoga na. I can't live without her", said Abhi in a small voice.

"Bhai, bhabhi ko kuch nhi hoga. Think positive, sab acha hi hoga. Yeh bas choti si hiccup hai humari life mai, jaldi hi sab theek ho jayega", said Niel. He came back after dropping the kids off at the school.

 Yesterday Mahima told everyone about Akshu's condition. Although she is not sure and doesn't have a proper diagnosis regarding her condition, but one thing is sure something is happening with Akshara. She is not alright. So, that is why they arranged an appointment for her with the best ob-gyn they know.

"Pka na", Abhimanyu asked from Niel. Niel nodded his head and hugged his brother tightly. Right now, his brother needs him. All of his work came before his bhaiya and bhabhi. His bhaiya and bhabhi matter the most for him now.

"Yes bhai, aap tension mat lo. Sab acha hoga. Aap jao bhabhi ko uthao. Unki appointment ka time ho rha hai", said Niel. Abhi nodded his head and went to wake Akshara up.

Abhi goes up to his room and sees Akshara sitting on a bed in a very weird position. Her face is contorted with pain. "Akshu" shouted Abhi and ran next to her.

"What happened, are you alright?" asked Abhi. He carefully made her sit in a proper position on the bed. 

"My back. Abhi it hurts so much. I have never felt pain like this before", said Akshara in a small voice. Abhi caressed her hair and gave her water to calm her down a little.

"It's okay, Akshu. We are going to the doctor. She is the best in her field. Dont worry. Everything will be okay", said Abhi in the softest tone. He is caressing her back and trying to soothe her pain.

Akshu's lips quivered and her eyes watered listening to Abhi's softest tone.

"Akshu, baby don't cry", said Abhi and pulled her in a hug.

"I am scared Abhi", whispered Akshara. Abhi hugged her tightly mindful of her back. He shook his head and wiped her eyes as the tears fell.

"I understand Akshu. I think you are more uncomfortable than you have let on aren't you?" said Abhi. Akshara nodded her head. She kept her head on his shoulders and interlaced their fingers together.

"What if it is something horrible like cancer or something", whispered Akshara. Abhi's breath hitched listening to this.

"Akshu let's not go from A to Z . Let's see what the doctor has to say. The sooner we get over there the sooner we will know. Come on let me help you in getting ready", said Abhi. Abhi held Akshara up and took her to the bathroom. He helped her in getting ready. He combed her hair in a braid. After this, Abhi helped Akshara in getting down for breakfast.

They go to the breakfast table where everybody is sitting and talking. All of them stopped talking as soon as they saw Akshara and Abhimanyu coming to the dining room. It felt like they were talking about Akshara only but stopped after seeing her.
