Dear Diary,
Did you know July and August have 31 days? That is so cool! Today was my therapy appointment. The day was like the last two. I told my therapist everything. She gave me some advice as to how I can handle these situations. I think I'm going to use the walking one. I do need to go on some more walks. Daddy is going to go on them with me to make sure I'm safe. I love him a lot. I don't know what I would do without him. As for me being with Mommy, I haven't seen or talked to her for a while. I think it's for the better for me and my well-being. I want to heal, but I don't know what to do. I need someone to help me.
