dear Landon,
so i've been in a romeo and juliet mood and have been reading the book the past week. i remember you used to read it all the time and i never understood why. why as in rhetorically and literally. shakespeare doesn't even make sense in his writing why would you read it. my voice always repeated that question every time that book would be caught within your grasp. i had to read it as a freshman i yet all i wanted was to watch the movie with douglas booth. who cares about the book? let's watch the movie! but how i misinterpreted the abilities of the writer. the way he captivates the perspective of things and how the way his mind majestically created the fantasizing story we know of now. how much i regret not feeling the story before. lesson learned; trust landon's choice in novels.
