   Y/N'S POV

  As I played around on my phone, Steve walked into my room.

  I sent him a soft smile and said,"What's up, Captain?"

  Steve looked distant, but he said to me,"Stark needs you downstairs for something. He said it was important."

  I nodded and kissed Steve's cheek, before I ran down to Tony's workshop. Tony was doing something with a scepter. It looked like Loki's scepter. I was not going to ask, but I walked up behind Tony.

  "Anthony..."

  Tony turned around and said,"Hey, baby. I was just wondering if you could check and make sure my delivery was here..."

  I nodded and said,"Okay, anything else?"

  Tony shook his head and I went to walk away, but he pulled me back.

  I said,"What, Tony?"

  He leaned in and said,"Where is my kiss?"

  I smiled and kissed Tony. He kissed back and brought me closer. I wrapped my arms around his neck before slowly pulling away from the kiss. Tony winked, and I jogged to the front door.
  When I opened the door, I was greeted by the postman. I spoke to him, before he handed me Tony's package. I noticed a bouquet of flowers with a note attached to it, lying in front of the door.

  I picked up the bouquet and read the note: You are one of the most beautiful girls I have ever met. Hopefully, you are available."

  I smelt the flowers, and they smelt amazing. The flowers were also F/C. How did this person know that? Wait, I did talk a lot to random people! Yeah, I should have paid more attention to my parents on stranger danger.
  I walked back to Tony and handed him his package. I sat in his lap, while he worked on the scepter.

  I spotted Bruce and said,"Hello, Doctor Banner. How are you?"

  Bruce smiled at me and said,"Great. What about you, Y/N?"

  I chuckled and pinched Tony's cheeks saying,"Awesome, especially with Tony around."

  Tony smiled, but I could tell it was not his usual smile. I decided to just ask Tony about it later, since Bruce and Tony were working with the scepter.
  It turned out that it was Loki's scepter. Did Loki know that Tony and Bruce had his scepter? I knew it probably made no difference in the world, but still. If that scepter belonged to me, I would come back for it...

   HOURS LATER...

  Bruce and Tony had been working nonstop, but finally their work had come to a close for the day.

  Tony asked me,"Baby, you coming?"

  I looked at Tony in clear confusion and asked him,"Coming where?"

  Tony chuckled and said,"To the party, beautiful."

  I nodded, but I hated parties. Tony knew that, but he was a party person. I went to my room and got dressed, before I headed down to the location of the party.
  There were too many people, but I sighed in relief when I saw the Avengers.

  I headed towards them, but someone pulled me back. They pushed me into the wall, and I looked to see blue eyes meet my E/C ones.
  This guy was cute, but I was only interested in Tony.

  I squirmed and politely asked him,"Can you please let go of me?"

  I could tell he had been drinking, because his breath was in my face.

  He ran his hands down the sides of my dress and said,"No, but maybe we can get to know each other. It is the least you can do, after my gift..."

  This guy was the one who sent me the gift...However, he didn't look familiar to me. He said he'd met me before in the note.

  I rolled my eyes and said,"No, we cannot get to know each other. You definitely want to do so much more than to "get to know me." I am proud to tell you that I am with Tony Stark, so I am not available."

  He chuckled and said,"No, not a girl like you. Then, why are you by yourself tonight?"

  I heard a voice say,"She is not by herself."

  I turned and saw Tony. He squeezed his drink, and I was surprised that his glass was still in one piece. I tried to push the guy off me, but he would not let go of me.
  I gave Tony pleading eyes, before Tony pushed the guy into the wall. I lost my balance, but Steve caught me.

  I smiled in gratitude at Steve and said,"Thanks, Captain."

  Steve smiled back and said,"Of course, Y/N. You all right?"

  I nodded, before Steve helped me up.
I squeezed his hand in thank you, and Tony walked over to me.

  He immediately asked me,"Beautiful, you okay?"

  I nodded and rested my forehead against his saying,"Now that you are here, I will be."

  Tony smiled, but his smile was still off to me. I took his hand, leading him through the crowd.

  When we sat down, I said,"What's wrong, Tony?"

  He sighed and said,"Nothing, Y/N. Nothing."

  I made him look at me and said,"It is something, because you cannot look at me. When you smile, it seems forced."

  Tony took my hand and said,"Earlier today, I saw something. The whole team died because of me, including you, baby."

  Tears formed in Tony's eyes, and I was shocked from that. He had never shed a single tear in front of me before.

  I wiped Tony's tears and said,"Honey, you are not going to lose me, okay? If someone tries to do something to me, you will be there to protect me, right, like you just did?"

  Tony nodded and said,"Always. Iron Man loves his girl."

  "Tony, stop it. You know that was a long time ago..."

  Tony smirked and said,"I know. Your mom told me about your addiction to me, before I met you. She said you were crazy about me, just like I am about you."

  I smiled real big and threw myself into Tony's arms.

  Tony held me and laughed saying,"I love you, Y/N."

  I was confused as to what Tony was laughing about, but I just smiled replying,"I love you, too, Stark."
