"Did you make sure everything was set for next week?"

Terra scrolled through her phone before replying.

"Yes everything is set! Tuesday 4:30pm." She beamed.

"Great." I smiled.

My sister, Gabriella walked into the room & sat down next to me.

"Whatcha doing?" She asked.

"Nothing just going over some things with Terra for next week. Did you get everything set for your Christmas party?" I asked.

She wanted to host a Christmas party here at the house this year. I didn't mind as long it was family friendly because my sister was known for throwing the wildest parties.

"Yea that's taken care of I have everything under control. I need to talk to you about something though."

"Yeah wassup?" I gave her my undivided attention.

"So Aubrey & I have been talking lately." She grinned.

"Who?" I was confused.

She rolled her eyes at me before replying.

"Drake."

"Oh! Y'all talking? I thought he was seeing Rih." I frowned.

"Yea I thought so too! The blogs have been going crazy about them!" Terra placed her two cents in.

Gabriella rolled her eyes getting pissed off.

"He's not dating her!" She got defensive real quick.

"Could've fooled me." I mumbled.

Before she could reply, Jermaine walked in.

"Hey babe, can I talk to you for a minute?" He asked.

I stood up from my seat & walked towards him.

"Don't you see two sisters talking?" Gabriella complained.

She was always whining!

"It'll only take a few minutes." He replied before we disappeared.

Once we were in another room he began to talk.

"Remember how I told you months ago that my mom wanted us to fly to North Carolina? I told her we couldn't make it & it kinda made me feel bad. So can you help me pick out a nice gift for her?" He asked in all seriousness.

I grinned at him then just cracked up & laughed in his face. I could tell he was serious but I must admit men don't think things through.

"Babe no gift will replace the feeling that she feels when you're in her presence." I replied honestly.
