Leaning on the counter beside Minseo, you watched her as she began making a smoothie that seemed all too familiar with you. Jungkook on the other side, helped out her mother with the ingredients like a dog obeying his master's command. It was oddly cute to see him act like that other than his somewhat dark, mysterious outside personality.

"When I was still young, just about your age, I also wasn't that in good terms with my parents." She began and both you and Jungkook listened. "They were very strict parents and I would sometimes end up running away."

Just like me.

Seeing how Minseo's lips slowly curved into a smile, you knew a good part of the story was about to come. "There was one time where my parents were in the middle of scolding me in public when suddenly a little boy interfered."
Jungkook's eyes suddenly lit up and his lips mirrored the same smile his mother had. "Was it dad?" he questioned but he knew he already knew the answer.
Minseo nodded her head as she squeezed a bottle of chocolate syrup into the blender with ice, cold milk and cream. "He was like my best friend, even though my parents highly disapproved of him, I was still able to find a way to hang out with him."
"That's so sweet," you commented.
"Jungkook's father was sweetest guy's I've ever knew in my life," she giggled, "He was always there for me. Ji Hyun, seeing you with my little Jungkookie reminded me so much of my days when his father was still here." She smiled.
"It's interesting how this story suddenly involved me. And how did you manage to turn this into one of those chick flicks that you watch on TV?" Jungkook pointed out.
"Come on Jungkook, you don't hear stories as cute and sweet like these happening in real life these days," you countered and he only rolled his eyes at you.

Before anyone could say another word, Minseo turned on the loud blender without any warning. You saw her eyes gleam with happiness but almost missed it when she closed her eyes for a long blink. She looked like as if she was recalling her past with her husband.
Turning off the blender, she poured the milkshake into three empty glasses that sat beside you. They all looked very delicious. In corner of your eye, you noticed Jungkook rummaging into the fridge and grabbed a can of whipped cream.
While Minseo took the blender into the sink, Jungkook walked towards you with a smile. Pressing the nozzle on the can, white cream came out onto the milkshakes making it look even more delicious than before.

Noticing Jungkook had more whipped cream on his milkshake, you grinned. "Excuse me, Jungkook," hearing you call his name, he turned around confused. "I think I need more whipped cream on mine," you said, pointing at your drink.
"Hmm..." he hummed, "...no." he giggled and placed the nozzle of the can into his mouth, squeezing whipped cream into it.
"Don't be like that, Jungkook-ah," Minseo teased.
The boy sighed and walked back towards you. "Fine. Open your mouth."
"What?" your eyes suddenly widened at his demand.
"Just do it."

Following his orders, you leaned your head back and Jungkook squeezed whipped cream into your mouth, a little too much. Before you knew it, he made a little tower and you couldn't help but scream at him for purposely doing that.
He laughed, seeing how much you struggle in your current situation. You had no absolutely idea on how you could swallow all that in one gulp without making a mess. But you had no choice. Closing your mouth, you leaned forward and cupped your hand in front of your mouth to catch the rest of the whipped cream. Some of the cream went on your shirt and some fell to the floor but you didn't care, you wanted revenge.
Gulping the whipped cream in your mouth, you looked down onto your hands with heaping of cream on it and you looked back at Jungkook who stood there laughing. Seeing you coming closer to him, he knew immediately what you were planning on doing.

"No. Don't you dare." He said while slowly backing away, still laughing.
"You are so going to pay for doing that!" you smirked and started walking at a fast pace towards him.

Before you knew it, you were chasing Jungkook around the kitchen while Minseo walked out of the kitchen giggling at the two of you.

"No. Ji Hyun-ah, I'm sorry. Please don't do this." He begged.
You shook your head vigorously at him, "Like hell you think I won't!"
"Come on, if you do that you'll get cream all over my hair."
"So?" you said mockingly and walked towards him once more. Luckily, he was backed up against the counter.
"Truce! Truce!" he started yelling but before he could say anything else, you stretched out your arms and aimed right for his face.

You laughed at Jungkook's appearance, whipped cream smothered all over his face. With the can of whipped cream still in his hands, he pointed them at you like a gun.

You glared at him, "You wouldn't."
"What makes you think that?" he challenged.
Right when he was about to squirt cream all over you, his mother interfered before the mess got worse. "Okay, okay that's enough mess for one night. You two go wash up upstairs or you'll get really sticky. "Jungkook, you can use the bathroom in my room."
"Yes ma'am." The two of you said in unison and went up the stairs.

"Are you sure it's okay for us to sneak out like this?" you asked him curiously and at the same time worriedly.

Jungkook nodded his head and opened the window. Without hesitation, he jumped off and quietly told you to go down, making sure that he isn't making too much noise since it's already late at night.
Remembering the time where you and Taehyung jumped out made you consider taking the front door instead, though you knew you couldn't. Taking a deep breath, you jumped.

The boy in front of you crossed his arms. "Now that wasn't too bad, was it?"
Completely ignoring him, you were curious about his plans. "Where are we going anyways?"
"We're going to make a special visit." He smiled, holding your hand tightly and began running without any warning.

Just like the old times.
