Jordan's POV

I shot up on the sofa. I was breathing heavily and my abdomen was burning. I was whimpering and tears were pouring out of my eyes. Rick walked in, not expecting what he saw and he quickly rushed towards me.

"Jordan! What's wrong?!" He asked in a panic.

I pointed to my abdomen. He looked at it.

"Shit..." He mumbled.

He grabbed rubbing alcohol and gauze. He quickly cleaned it and re-stitched it. Apparently I had ripped the stitches. Once he was done he gave me a hug.

"I'm so glad you're okay, now we need to get Olivia up." Rick said.

I nodded. I knew the only way to wake her up was by actually talking to her. He took me to her sleeping body and fresh tears fell from my eyes. I cleared my throat and began to speak for the first time in 6 years.

"L-Liv, you n-need t-o wake u-up." I said hoarsely.

My throat was scratchy and it hurt to speak. But I kept going, for Olivia. "Just let her die, you don't need her." The voice spat.

'No! You're wrong! I'm done listening to you. I am strong and so is Olivia. We will make it, together.' I growled in the back of my mind.

"Suit yourself." The voice said before it faded.

"O-Olivia, p-please." I begged.

I needed her. I couldn't live without my big sister. I just couldn't.

"P-p-please..." I sobbed as I clasped onto her hand.

Olivia's POV

HOLY SHIT! SHE WAS TALKING! I could hear her every word but I couldn't be there physically to experience it.

That's nothing, she was probably talking while you were out.

"SHUT THE HELL UP!" I screamed. I actually screamed. I shot up and gasped for air.

"SHE LOVES ME, JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP!" I silenced the voice in my mind as Jordan stared at me.

Tears ran down my face as I held her in my arms. "Jordan! I love you so much!"

She cried into my hair. "I l-love you t-too Olivia." I cried as Rick and Daryl burst into the room. I let go of Jordan and kissed her on the forehead.

Rick came over and hugged the living shit outta me. "C-an't breathe." I struggled to say. He looks at me with tears in his eyes.

He let go of me and I hugged Daryl. I heard him trying to keep in his sobs. He let go of me and I tried to move my leg.

I moved it about an inch and searing pain raced through my leg. Damn. I relaxed once again. "What did we miss?" I held Jordan closer to my body.

"Abraham, his group, Glenn and Maggie left." I sighed. That's really sad. Rick sat down by me and wrapped an arm around me.

I looked at my leg and grimaced. Dried blood coated my jeans. Next time we go on a run, I am getting clothes.

"Why did you decide to start talking Jordan?" I ask her. I look down at her as she looks up.

"I n-needed you to w-wake up." I close my eyes and lean on her head. My eyes don't want to open, I'm so tired.

I fall asleep.

Jordan's POV

Olivia fell asleep on my shoulder.

"You talk?" Daryl asks.

I was about to nod my head but I stopped.

"Y-yeah..." It'd probably take a while to get used to talking but I was happy I could speak again.

"Why didn't you talk?" Rick asked.

"N-none of your b-business!" I snap.

"Did someone hurt you?" He kept pushing.

"Shut up!" I screamed hoarsely.

They looked at me sadly.

"Someone did, didn't they." Daryl demanded.

I jumped up. I couldn't take this anymore. I had forgotten that Olivia was on my shoulder so I probably woke her. I ran out of the church. I could feel my stitches ripping but I didn't care. Once I was far enough away I collapsed and cried.

I sobbed loudly and ripped the grass out of the ground. They couldn't know, my secret died with Beth and it's going to stay that way.

Olivia's POV

My head slammed against the wood and I opened my eyes. My vision was hazy and I saw Rick and Daryl. "What happened?"

"We were asking her questions." Daryl says. I sighed and rested my head on my hand. "Like what?"

"We wanted to know why she doesn't talk." My eyes flew wide open and I looked up. "What?"

"She ran after we suspected that she got hurt." I bit my lip. "I showed you my scars Rick, you should know."

Daryl now stood up "What scars?" I sighed and pulled up my shirt; revealing my back.

"Christ." Daryl mutters. I pulled my shirt back down and gulp. "We were abused, she stopped talking after that."

I looked around for something I could use to help me walk. Then I saw a cane in the corner of the room. I reached for it, but it was too far away.

Rick stood up and grabbed it for me. "Thanks." I grabbed it and stood up; careful to lean on my damaged leg.

I hobbled out of the room and past everyone else. I opened the door and took a deep breath of fresh air.

I saw footprints leading into the forest. "Jordan?" I called out. No answer.

I began to walk down the steps when a loud horn blared. I whipped around just in time to see a red fire truck ram into the steps.

I went flying and landed on my back. I passed out from the impact.

Jordan's POV

I sat in the grass and cried. I couldn't tell them, not even Liv knew what happened that night. Not even my mom knew. Just my dad, Beth and I. I got up to leave, that is until a heard a familiar voice.

"Where do you think you're going?" My dad asked.

My eyes widened as I slowly turned around. There he was, standing three feet away from me. I backed up a bit and whimpered.

"Oh come on sweetheart." He smirked evilly as he reached forward and grabbed my arm.

"HELP!" I screamed.

"You do talk, that's going to be a problem." I heard my mother say.

"OLIVIA!!" I screamed as loud as I could.

A hand was clamped over my mouth as I kicked around.

"I'll wait here for the other bitch. Take that one back to the house." My mom said.

Tears poured down my face. I didn't want to lie like this anymore. I didn't wanna go through this pain again. I don't think I'll be able to.

"You've been a very bad girl, running away from your uncle." My father tsked.

I bit his hand and he threw me to the ground. He grabbed a rock and smashed my head with it. I blacked out instantly. Olivia please save me...
