Olivia's POV

I woke up and heard the steady pitter patter of rain slapping the window. I opened my bag and grabbed a granola bar. I ate about half of it then put it back.

I hoisted up my bag and looked around the shack. There wasn't really anything, just furniture.

I opened the grabbed all my things and looked out the window. All I could see was rain. I walked over to the door and opened it.

A massive hoard stood at my door. I quickly slammed the door shut and locked it. I put my back to the door and whimpered.

How the hell am I supposed to get out of this? A tear fell down my face, I really am a selfish bitch. I only went out here for my own reasons.

Jordan's POV

I had stayed the night at Ron's because it was raining and I didn't want to see Carl and Enid making out on the couch. I was kinda cold and I shivered.

"Here." Ron said as he wrapped a blanket around me.

"Thanks." I said as he pecked my lips.

"Anything for you." Ron smiled.

"Whatcha wanna do?" I ask.

"I just want to cuddle." Ron whined.

"Me too." I chuckled as he laid down beside me and pulled me close to him.

"I wish I knew the date." I sighed.

"It's April 22, 2015." Ron stated.

"Okay two things, how the heck did you know that?" I asked.

"Calendar." He chuckled.

"And I'm going to be 15 in 3 days!" I exclaimed.

"Really?" Ron asked.

"Yeah, it's weird how time flies. Just yesterday I was 13." I chuckled.

"I'm going to get you a present." Ron stated.

"No! You don't have to do that!" I gasped.

"I want to." Ron smiles.

He leans in again and presses his lips to mine. The voice of my parents ring in my head.

"Stupid whore!"

I pull away from Ron and close my eyes and pretend I'm going to sleep. Eventually I actually fall asleep.

Olivia's POV

The hoard was now hitting the walls of the shack. I took a swig of water and screwed the cap back on. Eventually I heard the walkers moan do down.

What's going on out there? I peek out the door and see two figures killing them one by one. I open the door and grab my knife.

I begin to kill them off with the figures. Eventually all the walkers were dead. I looked around for the figures, but they were no where to be seen.

What the hell? Where did they go? Why would they just up and leave? Unless....it was all my imagination.

You just needed a little persuasion, you wouldn't of gotten out unless you believe somebody was helping you.

So then they were projections of my own mind? For once I don't try and shut up the little voice in my head.

I walk back into the shack and sneeze. Great, now I have a cold.

It just means, you can't live without them, you rely on them for life.

I curl back up in the bed and try and shush my mind.

You need them to live, just like Jordan needs you.

I cover my ears with my blanket to quiet down the piercing voice of my thoughts.

You need them, just go back you selfish piece of shit.

My uncle's voice fills my head.

You're just a worthless piece of shit. No wonder your parents dumped you on us.

I stood up on the bed. "YOU ARE FUCKING HORRIBLE , JUST LEAVE ME ALONE YOU ASSHOLES!" I scream at nobody.

I pass out from exhaustion.

Jordan's POV

It was the middle of the night and I was still awake. I couldn't wait for Olivia to get back, so I decided to go look for her. I left Ron's house, grabbing a kitchen knife on my way out.

I snuck out of the gates since no one was watching. It was still raining heavily an I couldn't see that far in front of me. I searched for hours but I didn't find Olivia. I was whacked over the head and then I blacked out.
•*•*•*•*•
I opened my eyes and tried to get up. I was tied to a chair. I grunted as I tried to move.

"That won't work." A familiar voice said.

"Emma?" I question, surprised.

"The one and only." She smirked as she walked into the light.

"What am I doing here?" I ask angrily.

"I have orders to kill you and your sister. Don't worry, I left a little something of yours so that Olivia will know." She smiled as she walked away.

Then I realized the locket necklace Liv gave me for my 8th birthday is not on my neck. I started to cry. That locket held a picture of Liv and I in one side and Maddy and I on the other. I'll personally rip Emma to shreds for this! Olivia, where ever you are, don't save me.

Olivia's POV

I woke up on the floor and the sun shone through the shack windows. I sneezed once again and grabbed my things. I should be heading back, even though I didn't do that much.

I hoisted up my bag and opened the shack door. Walker bodies lied all around the road. I walked down the small steps and down the road.

The puddles clapped underneath my boots. By the time I reached Alexandria it was mid day. I was about to call to open the gates when I noticed a glimmer on the fence.

I walked closer and saw what it was. It was Jordan's locket, with a note tied around it. I quickly undid the clasp and walked to the side of the wall before anyone saw me.

I opened the locket and saw the pictures. I smiled and unfolded the notes.

Olivia,

I went to look for you, I went to a small house a few miles away from here, if you are reading this, then I am still there.

I will meet you half way at mid day. Please come home Olivia.

-Jordan

I sighed and crumpled up the paper. If I leave now then I might still be able to meet her.

I begin to walk to the house.

Jordan's POV

She was weakening me. I was bleeding out and there was nothing I could do to stop it. Emma stabbed me in the stomach and left the knife in there. It was the knife from Ron's kitchen that I had brought.

I tried to get out of the chair but the ropes were cutting into my skin. I could feel the blood dripping down my fingers from the huge gashes on my arms. Emma basically hurt me so bad so I couldn't try to escape. She went somewhere and I have no idea where but I'm hoping it's not close to Liv.

I sighed and put my head down. I'm pretty much giving up. I've had enough of this life, I'm not cut out for it. Olivia can make it though, she is strong. I know she can do it. She can do it for me too.

"You c-can do it L-Liv..." I whispered hoarsely as I let go of life.

There is no turning back from death, there is no escaping it. Death is inevitable. It's here to finally take me away from this hell. I let my eyes close and I slowly drifted away.
