What does it feel like to date someone you truly love?

I sighed before rolling my eyes and sipping the iced tea in a tall, slim glass in front of me.

"Is something wrong, Mafu-kun?" Kashitarou asked me.

"N-nothing..."

"Eh? But you seem down?" another brunette, Amatsuki, asked.

"I'm fine," I replied sternly. I glanced at the two lovers, who were happily feeding each other. "Ne, how does it feel like to date someone?"

"Ha? Didn't you date someone back then?" Amatsuki asked.

"Yeah but-"

"You didn't have fun?" Kashitarou asked.

"We attempted to do what you did before but..." I trailed off before letting out a sigh. "I didn't get aroused."

"Is that why you two broke up?" Kashitarou asked.

"I broke up with him because I lost interest," I replied. "I don't think he even loved me."

"Eh?! Luz-kun loves you a lot, you know!" Amatsuki defended.

"Chill," I muttered.

"It's Mafu-kun anyways," Kashitarou said, making me curious. "He's picky."

"No, I'm not," I protested a bit before pouting.

Well, it is true. I am picky.

"I'm gonna go," I said as I stood. "I don't want to disturb your moment. And... thanks for the food and drinks."

They nodded before waving as I left the restaurant.

I walked down the busy sidewalk as the cars passed by, making a lot of noise. Not saying that it's annoying, but it's a usual thing, right?

I continued walking, not looking at my way, when I bumped someone.

"Ah..." I omitted as I looked up and saw a raven-haired male in front of me. "S-sorry!"

I was about to pick up the fallen magazine when our hands touched.

I pulled my hand away and looked away in embarrassment.

"It's fine," he mumbled.

Music to my ears.

"I... I'm really sorry!" I said quickly as I stood and bowed down. "I'm sorry!"

"S-stop it..." he mumbled; knowing that he was embarrassed. I stood properly and smiled at him. He sighed before adding, "you didn't have to do that."

"I... I thought you would probably hate me..." I muttered as I scratched the back of my head.

"It's fine, geez," he said as he fixed his scarf. "And why would I hate someone I don't know?"

"Oh, uh, yeah... I... I'm Mafumafu."

"Hm? Oh... Soraru."

We shook each other's hands before exchanging a goodbye and heading off to where we're supposed to head off.

It was winter and the busy street seemed jam in my view. I don't even know if I can reach my apartment before I get stuck into any human traffic... which is the worst.

You would often see a lot of couples snuggling just to protect the other one from other people... maybe perverts?

Do I really have to?

I had to walk pass the car jam just to go to the other side of the road, so I can go to my apartment.

I did it.
