Ariel

Geoff wound up buying me the entire store. He got four flower crowns, two for him, two for me. a couple of phone cases, Some bags, hair clips, jewelry, and a few stuffed animals. I told him not to worry about getting me anything but he insisted on spoiling me. And to be completely honest, I kinda liked it. I've never been spoiled.

Currently, Awsten, Geoff and I are walking to Victoria's Secret. "I used to work here. But then I got fired because I joined the band and I spent more time with the band than working here." Geoff said as we walked in.

"Oh! Look at me!!!" Awsten squealed, putting a bra on his face. He looked like a fly. Awsten laughs and points behind me. I turn to see Geoff doing the same thing. "Guys stop." I whisper shouted. "You're going to get us kicked out." They ignored me and continued to play with the bras.

I groaned and walked away as the two men giggled at each other.

I looked around at all the underwear and bras. I saw a few I liked and grabbed them.  Geoff walked over to me and as he stopped someone called his name.

"Hey Geoff!" I turned and a girl at the counter was smiling and waving.

Geoff smiled back. "Hey Tori!" That was it. They didn't say anything else. Geoff looked back at me. "Ya ready?" I nodded and we walked to the counter

I put the things on the counter and the lady scanned them, placing them in a bag.

We walked out of the store with my pink bag and purple bag but Geoff ran off. Awsten and I looked around but I didn't see him.

I looked back at where Awsten was standing and he wasn't there anymore. He was running to a merry go round thing with small cars. He hopped on and no sooner did I realize that Geoff was on it too once it spun around.

I groaned once again and ran after them. How is Awsten qualified to be a parent?

"Hey, my mermaid!! Take a picture." Awsten squealed for the 100th time today. Geoff put quarters in the machine and Awsten threw me his phone as the ride spun them around. I caught the phone and opened the camera.

Awsten smiled and did a peace sign. I took the picture but Geoff wasn't looking. The ride spun them on the other side and I had to wait. As they were turning, Awsten punched Geoff  on the shoulder. "Geoff, pay attention. Smile!" Dad whined.

Geoff stuck his tongue out and I took the picture. I smiled and not long after I took the picture, the ride stopped. Awsten jumped off and took the phone. He started laughing which made me laugh.

Geoff and I are sitting on the couch watching Dance Moms on Netflix. We had a bowl of popcorn with chocolate chips melted on top in front of us on the coffee table, but, Geoff ate it all in under ten minutes. Awsten went to pick up a girl named Grace. Otto, which I think is the drummer, is coming in about an hour. And speaking of roles in the band, I learned on the ride back that Geoff is the lead guitarist, which is pretty cool.

"Well, now that we have the whole house to ourselves for about an hour or so, what do you wanna do?" Geoff asked, turning the volume down on the T.V. I shrugged my shoulders. "Well, what do you do for fun?" He pulled his legs up on the couch and turned to me. He wrapped his arms around his legs and put his chin on his knees.

"I like to do hair, which you're not going to want to watch that cause that's not cool/fun to you. Um, I paint and draw sometimes. I also play guitar and ukulele-" I was cut off by Geoff gasping.

"You play guitar and ukulele!?" His eyes went wide and he looked so happy. I nodded. "Play me something!"

"I cant, I don't have a ukulele or a guitar. I used to use my friends guitar." I said, frowning at the though of Taylor. I miss her already and it hasn't even been half a day yet.

Geoff jumped up. "We have both guitar and ukulele!" He yelped. He grabbed my arm and pulled me off the couch, down the hall, and into a room. There was another room inside that room and he opened the door to it. It looks like a little homemade recording box. There was a set of drums, a few guitars hanging on the wall, a microphone stand in the front of the room, and a few ukuleles sitting on small stands in the corner.

He dropped my hand and grabbed a Luna ukulele. He handed it to me and sat down on the floor in front of me.

"Play me something." he said, crossing his legs Indian style.

I looked down at the ukulele in my hands. "What do you want me to play." He sat there for a few seconds and stared off into space.

"That!" He said pointing to a music stand with a few piece so paper on it. I walked to it and picked the papers up, looking at them. They were all guitar music sheets, but I realized over time of looking up chords that guitar and ukulele have the same chords but different fingerings.

Each of the stapled papers had about three sheets: a tab, the chords above lyrics, and the chord fingerings.

"Wonder wall, Free Bird, All Star?" I asked, my voice going a bit higher as I said All Star. I started to laugh.

"Do Wonderwall!" He yelled.

"Okay." I laughed, grabbing the papers for Wonderwall and sat down on the floor. I flipped through the pages to find the chords with the lyrics.

"Whenever you're ready." He smiled, putting his hands in his lap like a kindergartner. I took a deep breath, looked down at the sheet and started.

"Today is gonna be the day that they're gonna throw it back to you. By now you should've somehow realized what you gotta do. I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do, about you now.

Back beat, the word was on the street that the fire in your heart is out. I'm sure you've heard it all before, but you never really had a doubt. I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now.

And all the roads we have to walk are winding. And all the lights that lead us there are blinding. There are many things that I would like to say to you but I don't know how. Because maybe, you're gonna be the one that saves me. And after all, you're my wonderwall"

I sang softly and quietly but loud enough for Geoff to hear me.

I looked up and he was staring at me, his jaw practically touching the floor. "Wow, that was amaz- wow." I felt my cheeks burn up. I looked down at the paper, causing my hair falling down in my face, covering my blush.

"Thanks." I smiled and stood up. I put the music back on the stand and sat the ukulele upright on its stand.

Geoff stood up and dusted off his pants. "You're really good. You should play us a little show later." My eyes went wide and I started to panic.

"Oh, uh-uhh." I stuttered.

"Were home!!!!" I heard Dad screech from the living room.
