Celestia Talks with Luna

"Luna, I haven't told Sunshine the truth yet."
"You need to tell her. It's time she knows," replies Luna.
"You're right," sighs Celestia. She calls in Sunshine.
"Sunny," says Celestia, "there's something I need to tell you. It's about your father."
"What about him?" Asks Sunshine puzzled.
"Your father," sighs a scared Celestia, "your father is King Sombra."
"That means," stutters Sunshine.
"Yes, you're part Umbrum," replies Celestia.
"You knew?" Says Sunshine looking at Luna. "You knew Auntie Lulu?"
"Yes," Replies Luna, "I knew. I was the first one to know beside Princess Twilight."
"Your father," sniffles Celestia, "is also, well, how do I put this, dead as smoke and shadow." Sunshine takes this to heart and runs off to her room in tears. She can't believe her mother never told her that her father was dead. Celestia feels bad too. She should have told Sunshine sooner. She made the wrong choice. How is this rift between them ever going to heal now?
