The death of The Black Canary has led to a new spark to a Lance sibling. With Laurel dead, Sara in who knows what time period, the final sibling there is, is the unknown brother, 21 year old Drake Lance. Drake Lance who has lived his entire life with his mother in Central City due to custody, has returned to Starling City to live with his father. With new meta-humans and new threats running around the city that has been overwhelming The Green Arrow, Drake Lance will have to carry on the legacy that the Lance siblings have taken on and become The Black Canary as he falls in love with The Green Arrow.
