You stayed in the restroom for a bit. Clearing your mind of everything. You heard from upstairs Meredith shooing Dean away from the nursery as he tried to offer help again. You felt so thankful to have him.

You couldn't believe you were here again. It was all surreal, like this part of your life never really happened. You splashed cold water on your face before leaving the restroom. You wondered if you could just make it through the next hour of Dean not finding out where you were.

You came back from using the restroom to Dean on his phone,

"Come on, Cass." He rolled his eyes and slammed his phone down.

"He's still not picking up?" You asked, he smiled up at the sound of your voice.

"No, I'm worried about him." Dean admitted. You sat down on the couch next to him.

"Me too. He didn't seem okay on the phone." You agreed, he squeezed onto your hand.

"At least I know that you're okay." Dean breathed out.

"Yeah." You leaned onto his shoulder, exhausted. You heard Meredith upstairs putting the crib together.

"I should go help her." Dean almost stood up, but you pulled him back onto the couch.

"No, no, no." You begged, "I'm sure she's got it handled."

"Really?" Dean rose an eyebrow at your suspicious behavior.

"Yeah, just stay with me for a little bit. We never get time alone." You said, and Dean couldn't prove you wrong.

"Okay. I just feel bad-." He said.

"Dinner for them is already in the oven. I'm cooking we're paying them back for their help, don't worry. You heard Meredith, just relax for a little." You begged. And he settled back in, rubbing your arm. His coarse hands smoothing over your skin. You loved the way this felt. You looked across the room and saw a photo. It took breath out of your lungs. And you forced your head back up to look at Dean.

"What's wrong?" Dean asked, looking around.

"Nothing, it's nothing." You said.

"You know, for a half celestial being, you're a horrible liar." Dean really did stand up this time. You panicked and flicked your finger and the photo faced down. Dean rolled his eyes, and went toward the photo. He picked up and looked at it, then placed it back down.

"Dean, please." You begged him.

"No." He said, clearly upset. He was always scary when he was mad and blowing up but this was different. He was eerily quiet.

"Dean." You grabbed his arm to try and keep him here, you wanted to stay quiet for the family upstairs. He wouldn't respond to you until you were following him all the way to his car.

"Dean!" You hoped you were finally out of ear shot.

"You brought us back to your ex-fiancé's house?! And you didn't even tell me? Why would you ever do that?" Dean turned around finally, sick of you.

"I'm sorry!" You apologized, "I didn't know where else to go."

"How about: literally anywhere else." Dean scorned you, "How could you do that to these people? Do that to me? You expect them to house you and your new boyfriend? Do you know what that must do to them?"
