Chapter 58: Birth

GRAY'S POV

It's been a busy these past nine months. I'm more than prepared on being a father now. Especially since it felt like I've been taking care of a baby for the last nine months. And by baby I mean Erza.

She would often cry for no reason, get mad suddenly, then be fine, within a flash. It's expected of a pregnant woman to have mood changes. I also find her food cravings questionable from time to time. At one point she wanted an "Everything Burrito"? Which the contents was too ridiculous to count or mention. Then came when she got into the mood, she was like an animal in heat when her hormones were acting up. I just laid there and let her do whatever she wanted. I can't do anything myself or else I might hurt the baby.

As for Irene she's back to being a human again. Erza and I thought she'd want to leave and live her life as a normal human being again, but she just wanted to be there for her daughter and her grandchild. It didn't help that she lived with us, and the fact that she looked like Erza. There was that one incident when Erza and I were about to shower, I got on ahead and I saw that she was already in the shower. I came up from behind I started kissing her neck, massaging her breasts, and sliding my shaft between her butt-cheeks. But then Erza entered the bathroom... I found out that I was caressing my mother-in-law.

"Ahn..." Irene moaned

There was a three-way stare between Erza, Irene, and I while we were nude in the shower...

"I'll leave the punishment to you" Irene said to Erza

"Got it"Erza said

Erza pinched me by the ear and dragged me out of the bathroom. She gave me the beating of a lifetime.

Well one thing good came out of Irene living with us. We now have a nanny.

"GRRRRRRAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!" Erza shouted at me

"STOP MONOLOGUING AND GET OVER HERE!!!" She broke the fourth wall

Erza has been in Labour for nearly a day now. And-

"GET IT OUT OF ME!!!" Erza screamed from the top of her lungs

"Please don't call our baby an it" I calmed her down

"I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!" She screamed

"Calm down, calm down, listen to my voice. Breath-in, Breath-out. Relax" I held her hand

"RELAX?! YOU TRY GIVING BIRTH!!! YOU'RE THE ONE THAT THIS TO ME!!"She shouted

She gripped my hand crushing my hand with her strength.

"GET IT OUT OF HER!!"I screamed in pain as I begged to Porlyjusica

"She almost ready. Wendy be ready with the towels. Erza I need you to start breathing deeply and pushing a couple of minutes from now." Porlyjusica instructed

ERZA'S POV

The last thing I heard was crying.

I felt weak and tired more than I've ever been my entire life. I fainted before I could even see my baby.

I opened my eyes to feel Gray's hand caressing my hair. The bags under my eyes felt heavy, probably because I was in labour for the last 24 hours. All of my friends were outside, they all took turns keeping me company during my labour.

"You alright, Erza?" Gray asked softly

"Yeah... a bit worn out... where's the baby?" I asked

"They're just cleaning her up" Gray assured me

"her?" I caught on

"...yeah" He smiled

Porlyjusica came up to us while she cradled a baby in cloth in her hands.

"Congratulations you two. You're both parents to a healthy baby girl" Porlyjusica gave me the baby in her arms

I cradled the baby in my arms. She was smiling with closed eyes. Her auburn hair noticeable with her white baby skin.
Her little arms flailing about in joy.

"I think I fell in love again" Gray smiled at his baby daughter

"me too" I agreed as I looked at her

And then she opened up her eyes, her dark blue eyes the same as her father's.

"She has your eyes" I whispered to Gray

"She has your hair" Gray whispered back

"It's a mix of black and red don't you think?" I said

"Yeah..."She just kept admiring her

I couldn't help admire her too.

"I think she has your face though" Gray whispered

"I remember when we were kids you used to have cute potato cheeks" He said bluntly

"shut up."I got a bit flustered

"Where's the egg? I thought you should have laid an egg?" Natsu asked in confusion

"Humans don't come from eggs." Lucy corrected

"Well biologically they do..." Levy corrected

"Shhh... Be quite, you're going to wake up the little cutie" Mira shushed everyone in the room

"I definitely chose a wonderful godmother" I said to Mira

"Isn't everyone in this room a godparent?" Gray said

I went a little crazy on naming the godparents. It's just because I trust them.

"What does it mean if I'm a godfather anyway?" Natsu asked

"Shhhh." Mira shushed

"Speaking of this little cutie right here, she already got a name?" Cana asked

"Name her Happy" Happy suggested

"No."Gray bluntly said

"We actually decided already on the name" I said cradling my baby in my arms

"What's baby girl Fullbuster's name?" Mira asked with excitement

"Mika. Baby Mika Fullbuster. We named her after Gray's mom" I said fawning after my baby girl.
