"So, where are we going?" (Y/n) asked, following after Link who lead the way, his eyes scanning the area in search of somewhere.

"You'll see," he smiled, looking back at the Princess who rolled her eyes, but giggled at the same time.

It had been two weeks since Link wrote his letter to the Princess, telling her he moved to the Capital. Ever since that day, the two have met up quite a lot. Whether they went to the outer fields or simply wandered around the Capital; they were together any chance they got. Today, Link had told (Y/n) he had somewhere he wanted to take her, somewhere she'd like. Of course, she couldn't wait.

"Here we are," Link stopped finally, smiling at the building in front of them.

(Y/n) looked at the building, reading the sign with a smile of her own," this place is abdoable, Link. Have you been here before?"

"Once a few days ago. I thought since this place isn't busy, it would be the perfect spot to hang out today," he explained shyly, rubbing the back of his neck," you won't have to worry too much about anyone finding out you're a Princess here."

In front of them stood a small little bakery, one owned by an old Hylian couple, at least, that's what Link learned on his last visit. The outside walls were painted baby blue with flower pots placed outside each window, ones filled with different types of yellow flowers. Some of the paint was chipped, however, it wasn't that bad. Overall, the place looked well taken care of.

"Come on," Link took (Y/n)'s hands in his, a small blush dusting his cheeks. He hoped she wouldn't notice it.

Together, they entered the bakery and found a seat in the corner of the room, both sitting across from one another. It didn't take long for an elder Hylian women to come over, a small smile painted on her lips," welcome to the bakery, you two. Here are some menus."

She set two homemade menus in front of the two teens, staring at them both for a moment before finally going to leave," I'll be back in a moment to take your orders."

"Thank you, ms."

"Thank you, ma'am."

"This place is very beautiful. Thank you for taking me here," (Y/n) studied the room before her eyes rested on Link. He nodded quickly.

"Of course. I wanted to take you somewhere nice, though, I'm still getting to know the area. This was the nicest place I could think of that I knew..." Link stared down at the menu, frowning a bit. 

(Y/n) shook her head," you don't have to worry about anything like that. I don't really mind where you take me, I just like hanging out with you. You must remember that I'm a Princess who's constantly surrounded by 'fancy' things. I'd give anything to have a break from all of that."

"R-Right."

"Have you two figured out what you'll have?" the lady returned to the table, this time, with a notepad in hand.

"I'll have some milk, please," Link peered at the menu for only a second, picking something random.

"I'll have (f/d)," (Y/n) smiled at the Hylian women who nodded, taking both menus and going back to the main counter. 

It didn't take long for their drinks to come. After that, the two chatted like they normally did. There's been times before where they've talked for hours, almost forgetting the fact that if (y/n) didn't get back to the castle at a certain time, people would get worried, and by people, it would most likely be Liam since it's his job to keep her safe.
