Secrets are hard to keep

Chapter 5

"so wait he asked to study with him!" Amber said."yep" i said smug. "we all know what studying means" Sophie said. "shut up" i said with a smile, i'm pretty sure i'm blushing. Me and Shawn are going to study after school at my house, so many situations were going through my head about  what could happen. What if Shawn did want to kiss me or maybe he wanted to do something, or maybe this was some funny joke he was playing?no he wouldn't do that, and i know i've just met him but theres something special about him, its like seeing a pile of money or living your dream, i can't describe it, i can't mess up tonight. School finished and my friends wished me good luck as i waited for Shawn. i didn't wait long as Shawn turned up nearly on time. We walked back to my house as we spoke about what we both like. i learned that Shawn loves Ed sheeran, he can play guitar, piano and he can sing, he's also a fan of Harry Potter. We got to my house and went up to my room. "You have a nice house" Shawn said as he sat on my bed. I sat on the bed too and we both got our science books out. "so what part of the topic do you struggle with?" i asked. "honestly, all of it" Shawn said looking embrassed. i laughed a little. "to be honest me too, why do you think you don't get it?" i asked. "i dunno i've just been distracted in class recently" Shawn said. "by what?" i asked. "i dunno its just my mind wonders off" Shawn said with an adorable smile. "funny that, thats the same with me" i said. We both revised for a bit but soon we got bored and Shawn had to leave. "Shawn i can always help, you know anytime as my social life isn't really a life at the moment" i said as i opened the door for him. "thanks and i'd like to do this again" Shawn said. i smiled as i watched him leave from my door. I got that stupid smile again, i usually get that when i think about him.
