You travel quickly down a darkened hallway leading towards a heavy, metal door.  You stop in front of it and take out your wand.  Tapping the door once, you murmur, "Junior Agent ID: Wisteria"

The door opens slowly with a gentle hiss and you walk in.  Screens and filing cabinets line the walls and desks and cubicles are arranged in a circular formation.  Files and paperwork are strewn everywhere.

"Father!" you say, walking over to your dad who is studying a set of files in the middle of the room on a large, circular table.

"Now, now, Agent Wisteria.  You cannot call me that in the workplace," he says sternly, glancing up at you and then returning his gaze back to the papers.  "I know you just turned fifteen and you still have a lot to learn, but it is important that the rules and standards of this agency are upheld.  I don't want it to seem like you get special treatment just because you're my daughter."

"Yes, Agent y/l/n," you say, saluting your father, eager to please.

"I happen to have a mission for you, Agent.  Follow me," he waves you out of the control room and into the conference room.  He motions for you to sit in an armchair and you do.  He takes a file out and places it on the table.  She slides it forward.  "Here is your mission."

You open it.  There is a picture of a man with long, blonde hair and a boy who looks like him, only with short hair.  You see the name.

"The Malfoys?" you ask, puzzled.  "What's with them?"

"We have gained intelligence that Lucius Malfoy may be in possession of dark artefacts or have ties to the recent disappearances.  The Ministry of Magic in London has denied the link of Malfoy to these disappearances, but we and MACUSA have reasons to doubt their judgement," your father replies, a serious look on his face.

"So.  What do I have to do with this?  What's my mission?" you ask, excitedly.

"Look at the second picture.  The one of the boy," he tells you. 

"Yeah.  What about him?" you say, mildly confused. "What's my mission?  Do I have to go beat him up?  Infiltrate his house?  Enroll at his school come fall?  Is it a track and report mission?"

" We believe that he's the gateway to Lucius Malfoy's secrets.  If you get close to him, you'll be able to divulge his father's secrets to the agency and prove to the Ministry of his untrustworthiness.  We have reasons to believe he's carrying around a powerful dark object, that he is planning to deliver to an unknown buyer," your dad explains.  He takes a deep breath in and continues.  "He and his family are currently vacationing in Honolulu, Hawaii.  We suspect that's where the transaction will take place.  They will be there for three weeks starting tomorrow.  Your job is to get close enough to the Malfoys to confirm Lucius's possession of whatever this dark object is.  Once you confirm it, send a message to headquarters and we will take it from there, Agent."
