~November 6th, 1983~
"Come on, Nancy," Jessica pleads over the phone as she twirls the cord in-between her fingers. It was a Sunday night and Jessica was in her bedroom, dressed in her comfy pajamas and talking on the phone to Nancy.
"Just tell me, do you think he's cute?"
Nancy sighs over the phone. She was in her own bedroom, lying on her bed as she talked with Jessica. "Yeah, he's cute." Jessica lets out a squeal which Nancy giggles into her phone once she hears it.
"We should go on a double date then."
"Jess, no, I don't think so."
"Why not? It'll be great."
"Jess, you're not-"
"Hey, Nancy."
Jessica leans back onto her bed, her head landing on her soft pillow as she hears the voice talking on the line. "There's a slice left if you want it. Sausage and pepperoni!" "Is that Dustin?" she asks Nancy.
Nancy nods. "Yes it is. Hold on," she tells Jessica as she places the phone down on her bed before getting up. She walks over to the door just as Dustin flashes his toothless smile at her. Nancy sweetly smiles back before closing the door shut in his face.
