Before things start to come out in the story on the way to the harassment trial, I want to lay some groundwork.
1) As of now, the Hearts as an organization, Ali, Steph Labbe, and Steph McCaffrey are parties to it. Julie Johnston will become one following her divorce from Zach.
2) Greg actually isn't the villain here, although his tactics have crossed the line on more than one occasion. The real set of villains in this story have already been exposed to some degree and will become more clear as the trial progresses and the defense's legal strategy plays out.
3) Nobody really walks away clean at the end. The ultimate verdict will flip on the last witness (like all good courtroom dramas), because she will in effect rebutt Orlandini's main claim and purpose of his actions against the players.
Keep up the reading. We have the College Cup final between Duke and UCLA coming up, as well as a night out in Orlando that ends up becoming a bit tougher than most of the group expected it to be.
