Time flies too fast, and I am liking it because I am very excited to meet my babies. Today is the day that Dra. Sanchez set for me to know the gender of the babies. Since this morning RJ has been annoying me because he wanted to come with me to the clinic.
"We already talked about this for weeks my Love, paulit-ulit naman tayo eh" I said
"Can we skip with that gender reveal thing and allow me to come with you later for your pre-natal check-up" RJ insisted
"Wag makulit Richard Faulkerson, Jr." I said
"Mauuna pa talaga si Nanay at si Rizza na malaman ang gender ng mga anak ko kesa sa akin. Nasaan ang hustisya Nicomaine Dei Mendoza-Faulkerson?" RJ lamented
"I cannot prepare the gender reveal dinner alone, Rizza and Nanay need to help me with that" I said
"Pero pwede namang the three of us, napakadamot naman ng nanay ng mga anak ko" RJ said pouting
"Oh ang cute mo talaga love, but that pouting still won't work. Sana wag magmana ang mga anak ko sa pagiging impatient ng tatay nila" I said
"Alright I give up, ikaw na nga ang bahala. Kahit ano naman ok lang sa akin, ang importante healthy ang mga babies natin" RJ said
"Sure ka ok lang na kahit ano, kahit twin girls?" I asked and I saw his facial expression changes
"Ok lang pero sana pa rin, wag naman parehong babae. If that happens, wala na outnumbered na talaga ako dito sa bahay" RJ said
"Of course you will never be outnumbered because Mendoza Girl will always be at Faulkerson, Jr's side." I said as I wraps my arms around him
"Tutoo ba yan?" RJ asked
"Of course, gusto ko kasi lahat ng desisyon natin para sa mga anak natin, pagkakasunduan natin. We will compromise, kasi hindi pwedeng magkasalungat" I said
"I wanted it that way too" RJ said. "Hay naku Love, I am so excited to see the babies. I can't wait to hold them in my arms" he declared
"Me too. Teka nga pala, Faulkerson, Jr., magkaliwanagan nga pala tayo, not because I am working at home it would mean na spare ka na sa pagpupuyat. You will have your schedule sa pagpalit ng lampin ng kambal lalo na sa madaling araw. Hindi pwedeng ako lang ang mapupuyat" I said
"Noted Mendoza Girl" RJ said "Of course, gusto ko rin naman talagang alagaan ang mga anak ko. Excited na kaya ako" he added
"Excited ka na talaga ha. Tingnan ko lang kung excited ka pa after two weeks na pagpupuyat, akala mo ganun lang kadali yun" I said
"I will never get tired of taking care of the babies Mendoza Girl" RJ declared
"Talaga lang ha, wag mo sanang kainin yang mga sinasabi mo ngayon" I said
"I'm sure of my words Mendoza Girl, dahil hanggang ngayon busog pa ako nung kinain ko lahat ng sinabi ko before, that I will never fall in love with you" RJ said. "Look at me now, I just can't leave without you Mrs. Faulkerson, Jr."
"Pareho lang naman tayong nabusog nung kinain natin yung mga sinabi natin. But I am not complaing because I like it that way" I said
"Same here my Love, I'm happy that it turned out this way. You and my children are my life and I will never trade you guys for anything else" RJ said then planted a sweet kiss on my lips. Then suddenly Celestine came knocking at our door.
"Let's go now Mommy, Nanay and Tita Rizza are here already .. Mommy open the door please" Celestine shouted from outside
"I'll be out in a minute baby." I exclaimed "That's my cue Love. Nandito na daw sila Nanay, so it means we have to leave" I said
"You did not tell me that Celestine is going with you. Di ba may klase sya" RJ said
"Alangan namang iwan namin ang bagets, may advice ang school nila na walang pasok ang mga pre-school until Friday" I replied
"Ngayon pa lang pinapanalangin ko nang boys ang gender ng kambal, para naman may kakampi ako. Lagi akong talo sa inyo ni Celestine eh" RJ said
"Konti hintay na lang Love, excited na rin akong malaman ang gender ng babies natin" I said
"Lalo na ako" RJ replied "I need to go too, Love mag-iingat kayo ha and please wag nang kung saan-saan pa pupunta at baka kung ano na naman ang mangyari sa inyo" he said
"You don't need to remind me about that, kasama kaya namin si Nanay" I replied

"Since you are very cooperative Maine, we have a healthy babies. I'm glad sinusunod mo ang mga advices ko" Dra. Sanchez happily said
"I wanted my babies to be healthy Dra., that will always be my priority" I replied
"Very good, then just continue with the vitamins and again refrain from too much sweets. Alam ni Nanay Mary yan" Dra Sanchez said
"Don't worry Dra. Sanchez, I never stop reminding her about my pregnancy with Dean. I'm sure she will not like to experience the same thing" Nanay Mary said
"I'm glad to hear that and most importantly Maine, you have been into two accidents already therefore complete bed rest pa rin para sigurado, kahit na mahigpit ang kapit ng babies, we don't want to take chances, right?" Dra. Sanchez said
"I understand po Dra. Sanchez" I replied
"Good, so I'll see you then again in four weeks Mommy Maine" Dra. Sanchez said
"Yes Dra." I replied. "Dra. pwede po bang mag-request?" I asked
"Of course Maine, what is it?" Dra. Sanchez asked in reply
"I'm sure RJ will call you later, please don't tell him the gender of the babies yet, we are having a simple dinner this weekend for the gender reveal. Gusto ko sana dun na lang nya malaman yung gender ng babies" I said
"I understand Maine. Don't worry my lips are sealed. If ever RJ learned about the babies gender before the gender reveal, I am certain that it does not come from me" Dra. Sanchez said
"Thank you Dra. and if you are free on Friday night, I am inviting you to that small dinner. Sa bahay lang naman po namin" I said
"Thank you for the invitation Maine, sana walang munang manganak on Friday night para maka-attend ako sa special occasion na yan" Dra. Sanchez said chuckling
"I hope so too Dra." I said
"Excited akong makita ang facial expression ni RJ once he learned the gender of your babies" Dra. Sanchez said giglling
"I can't wait to see that too Dra." I reply.
