I have dreamt of myself falling into the eternity of darkness. I still remember the feeling of being afraid— afraid that I didn't even had a proper way to say goodbye to them if ever that is real and not a dream. I was afraid of the people I'll left behind, those who are important to me, those who made me feel the feeling I've been craving— love, trust, comfort and security.

Also the feeling of being afraid of the darkness consuming you. It was like it's pulling you down, drowning you, until all you have left in your heart being afraid, afraid of something you can even name what it is.

But I also dreamt about a pair of eyes which held depravity— which I really don't understand because it was worst than darkness. I dreamt of it, looking straight at me like I'm the most precious thing that existing in this world.

I've never felt the feeling of your body being numb, like you've been sleeping for a very long time, until today. Kahit anong subok kong idilat ang mata ko at umupo ng biglaan ay hindi ko iyon magawa, kaya't ginawa ko ang pinakaunang bagay— unti-unti, at iyon ay ang paggalaw ng aking daliri.

Hindi ko alam na pati iyon ay napakahirap pala. It takes a lot of strength for me to simply move my finger, and when I did, I felt some king of happiness that I just fefl whenever I did something that made me use a lot of effort to make it.

“Oh, she's waking up.” I heard an unfamiliar voice, as I heard their movements coming to where I am.

Para bang unti-unting bumabalik ang lakas ko. It was like I'm a vacuum and I'm sucking the dusk around me, that now, I can able to open my eyes but close it again because of sudden light from my surrounding.

“Le— Nightingale, what do you feel?”

Dahan-dahan kong muling binukas ang mata ko nang marinig ang boses ni Stanley. I signalled them to get me something to drink. Mabilis naman nilang nakuha iyon at inabutan ako ng tubig. The unfamiliar girl helped me to sit up as she also helped me to drink water. Pakiramdam ko'y tuyong-tuyo ang lalamunan ko kung kaya't uhaw na uhaw ako.

“Are you okay?” Tanong ng babae pagkatapos ilapag ang baso sa isang gilid at muli'y inalalayan ako. Medyo hindi ko pa rin maramdaman ang aking katawan dahil sa patuloy na pagmamanhid nito ngunit tumango ako.

“Yeah, thanks.” Inilibot ko ang aking paningin at kumunot ang aking noo nang makitang may kasama kaming hindi pamilyar na mga tao dito sa loob ng kwarto.

Err… what  was happened again—

Natigilan ako nang bumalik sa akin ang alaala. Mabilis akong napatingin sa aking katawan at nakitang… “Oh my god… I'm still alive…”

“Of course, our captain saved you.” Muli ay napatingin ako sa babae nang marinig ang mahinhin na pagsasalita nito. “By the way, I'm Archangel,” nakangiting pagkakakilala nito bago tinuro ang babaeng may kulay pulang buhok na nasa gilid at nakaupo ngunit walang ekspresyon ang mukha, “This is Priestess, and this is Demon.” Tsaka naman nya itinuro ang babaeng nasa gilid ngunit hindi katulad ng Priestess ay nakatayo ito, nakasandal habang nakahalukipkip habang kunot na kunot ang noo na parang napipilitan lamang.

“Our other guild mates aren't here because they're examining this area and looking for our food. As of now, you should rest first to recover your body.” Muli ay narinig ko si Archangel kaya't tumingin ako sa kanya at ngumiti. Nginitian nya rin ako pabalik.

Archangel has a natural brown hair which is the color is much visible at the tips of her hair. Ombré yata ang tawag sa gan'ong buhok. She's also a round brown eyes and a fair skin— which made her look so kind and innocent. No. Sa tingin ko'y gan'on nga sya, and she kind of reminds me of Yvonne who's our group's peacemaker.
