blurb: Aristotle is an angry teen with a brother in prison. Dante is a know-it-all who has an unusual way of looking at the world. When the two meet at the swimming pool, they seem to have nothing in common. But as the loners start spending time together, they discover that they share a special friendship—the kind that changes lives and lasts a lifetime. And it is through this friendship that Ari and Dante will learn the most important truths about themselves and the kind of people they want to be.

review: I am on a roll this holiday when it comes to reading! This book for forever be connected not only with the beautiful story within but also with the gorgeous beaches of Arcachon and the sea breeze.

This book was so fun to read, and I had such an enjoyable time reading it. I needed a beautiful, fluffy, exciting romance to obsess about and I fangirled throughout this book. I loved so many aspects of it - where do I begin?!

First off, I loved how well teenage emotions were captured in this book. I related so heavily to Ari's feelings of deep confusion and loneliness but also with Dante's feelings of unrequited love. I had to stop reading at points to register the emotions this book was evoking in me. Secondly, I loved the characters! Dante and Ari were so freaking cute as characters, and I also loved the parents in this novel. It was nice to see the role of parents in these kids' lives which is not something you see a lot in YA sometimes.

It was written in a really lovely, simplistic style with a plot that held a lot more than just the central story. It had all sorts of subplots which were really interesting and dealt with issues that I have never seen in YA before.
