Inside of the black realm, Cain was sitting down on the floor. His composure was greatly different from his initial one. He was much calmer and there was no resentment in his eyes. He stared at the angel in front of him and was bedeviled by what he had just heard and experienced. He had always hated the divine beings because of what happened in his past and how they fabricated everything.

He was the first borne of Adam and Eve and was loved by his parents. Seeing that he was going to have a younger sibling he felt perplexed, how were things going to change after it has been borne? As the months went by, he grew more and more anxious. By the tenth month, his mother had finally gone into labor. He and his father was outside of the room, he was sitting on the ground holding onto his knees while his father was sitting calmly on side.

The reason was because of the punishment and leniency that they received from God. His mother was cursed to have intense pain during child birth. He had heard from his domineering father that when his mother gave birth to him, she almost didn't make it. How could he imagine a life without his mother? She was his everything, the one who showered him with love while his father gave him tough love.

It has already been half a day since the Eve had entered the chambers, but there was no sign of her coming out. Just as poor Cains was going to fall asleep, the ear splitting shouts of his mother's scream echoed out of the room. Cain abruptly stood up and walked to the door. His father placed a hand on his shoulder stopping him from entering.

They continued to wait outside the chambers. Thirty minutes passed by, then it turned to one hour. At the two hour minute mark, the sounds of a new life could be heard. The cries were as clear and loud as bells ringing, it also sounded very.... cute.

The wet nurse came out her face was full of smiles, "Lord, you've got another son!"

Shortly after they were allowed to enter in, his mother was laying in bed. Her hair was loose and some strands stuck onto her face from her sweating, right besides her was a small bundle. Cain wobbled his way over and peeked at the bundle. He was naturally curious to what was inside of it. He met with two large round eyes and a almost bald head.

Four eyes stared at each other. Though Cain felt that his younger brother looked a little wrinkly, he was captivated by him. Years went by and they both grew up. They had another addition to their family, Seth. Cain and Abel grew up very close together and were like two peas in a pod. Wherever one was, the other was not far behind. While Cain took more of his father's look and attitude, Abel had inherited more of his mother's soft and gentle look. He was also very slender for a man.

Over time, Cain found himself more and more attracted to Abel. He thought that it was just familial love that he was feeling towards Abel, but when he asked around they had told him that it was 'love' that he was feeling. Cain felt complicated because he felt that it was wrong to love his younger brother and especially since they were men. So he chose to hide it.

It was easier said than done. He often found himself thinking of Abel non-stop and he even experienced dreaming about doing illicit acts with Abel. He felt ashamed, he would disappoint his father and mother if they ever found out.

Over time he tried to distance himself from Abel, thinking that his affections would wane over time. But he was very wrong. Not seeing Abel for five years, he was dumbstruck by the sheer beauty of the lad. His looks were fair and nothing could hold a candle to him. He almost lost control, he wanted to hold him. To bond and become one as their parents had.

It was truly a suffering that he could only observe Abel. That was until one day, something unexpected happened. Abel and Cain were drinking one night. It was a fatal mistake, they indulged themselves in their desires and committed an act of sin.
