Bao Bao had raced over but before he could even get inside of the room, a certain figure was standing outside of it. He gritted his teeth. He would've just gone inside of the room if that 'person' wasn't staring at him. On his way, he could not contact his host once. It was like reliving that nightmare once again. He moved to the side and their vision too moved to where he had gone. Bao Bao averted his eyes to the door behind the person, he had tried going through the window and the side walls but could not gain entry into the room.

He was repelled back which startled him, for this had never happened before. From what he knows, nothing should be able to interact with him unless his passive was active. Trying from all other sides, the only opening left inside of the flower house. Bao Bao walked to the wall and touched it, he wanted to see if he could enter through the wall but his hands seemed to hit an invisible wall.

Bao Bao pursed his lips and whispered.

[Why can't Bao Bao get through?]

He could feel his host's presence within the room and knew that he had not gone elsewhere. Bao Bao tried to contact his host once again.

<Host? Are you there? Bao Bao is here!>

Bao Bao stomped his foot in annoyance. His eyes caught the grin of a certain someone who seemed to be observing him. Bao Bao glared at them.

[If you're who Bao Bao thinks you are, you should be helping Bao Bao's host!]

They smirked and took a couple steps forward, "Only you matter."

His voice was only loud enough so that only Bao Bao could hear him. He smiled, "Why should I care about someone who I don't know?"

Bao Bao trembled with acrimony from their words.

[Then move out of Bao Bao's way! Bao Bao doesn't care about you, Bao Bao only cares about host!]

A frown replaced their smile, "Come with me, let me explain."

Bao Bao took a step back, his eyes filled with impatience at the other's refusal to move. He chose not to answer them and go for the door, no matter what he would keep his words to keep Xu XiuLan safe. Bao Bao stepped to the side then proceeded to go to the door, ignoring that blazing gaze on him. They did not attempt to stop him as he passed by them.
Getting to the door, he tried to place his hands through the door but found that it rejected him. He let his worried expression slip out and he placed both hands on the door.

[Host! Bao Bao is here!]

He repeatedly shouted and even tried transmitting his thoughts but heard nothing. Bao Bao's lips trembled as his eyes darted everywhere, trying to find a possible way in. How can this be? Why can't Bao Bao get in? If anything happens to host... What will Bao Bao do? His fists were shaking. No matter how hard he tried to better and change himself, it seemed that he could never be able to be good enough or strong enough to protect his host.

He was not like the other systems who were gifted with skills to help out their host; he was 'ordinary'. While they had the power to give out medication, give out weapons, control their host's body and so on... Bao Bao could only provide his host emotional support and sometimes help out due to the elf's passive skill. He could not pull out a pill for his host or a sword if needed at the time, he would have to get it through the store.

Bao Bao opened the store and tried to look for anything to blast his way in. He didn't care if the others here were injured in the process, he would dig to hell to bring back Xu XiuLan.

He found an item called 'Kinetic Bomb', it costed only 10,000 points and it would be strong enough to destroy a three cities. Bao Bao had too many points for him to even spend and decisively bought the item. Once the transaction was done, a small black bead was in the palm of his hands. He gripped it and just as he was about to place it on the door, it was snatched out of his hands.

Bao Bao shot them a look, he could not believe pesky actions. Gritting through his teeth, Bao Bao spat out every syllable.

[Wu. Qing. Jue!]

He really wanted to smash their head in. Wu QingJue looked at the black bead and his lips flattened.

<Have you forgotten about your role?>

Bao Bao was startled for a moment, he wasn't used to others speaking to him telepathically.

<Bao Bao hasn't forgotten... But Bao Bao's host is what matters the most to Bao Bao.>

Wu QingJue rubbed his shoulder with a threatening look in his eyes.

<So you're willing to sacrifice the life of the innocent for this one person? Have you forgotten that as a system you're not supposed to become attached to such a temporal relationship? In another thousand years, your contract will expire and you and him will part. Are you willing to bear the consequences of destroying a world?>

<Bao Bao will do anything for him.>

His voice did not waver, his striking eyes showed no hesitation or lies. Bao Bao would really do anything for his host, no matter the consequences. For the first time, Wu QingJue's playful and easy going attitude was washed off, replaced by a austere and hostile expression.

<Then as your superior, I will discipline you.>

Bao Bao wasn't even given a chance when consciousness was pushed out and he fell like a puppet that had just lost its strings. Wu QingJue ordered the soldiers to leave the area and walked over to Bao Bao's body, he entered in a string of codes and picked up the unconscious Bao Bao. He gently stroked the other's face with a pained expression. Wu QingJue hadn't wanted to use his administrative rights to force Bao Bao but he had no choice.

The consequences of disrupting or destroying a world was something that he could not let Bao Bao bear. He would be wiped cleaned of everything, the powers he had been able to gather, his inventory, the energy he had received would be forcefully taken out, his contract would be abolished, his name would be gone, and so would his memories. Bao Bao would be 'corrected' and retaught everything once more with a correctional system admin. After he would have a trial phase with a correctional admin watching over him... If he failed, Bao Bao would be destroyed.

Just as so, the door opened with Tu HuaLi carrying Xu XiuLan in their arms. Wu QingJue met with Tu HuaLi's eyes. Tu HuaLi looked at the person in Wu QingJue's arms, he had recalled his memories and knew of this childish system. He strode past Wu QingJue, "Do what you must."
