Bao Bao went rigid from the contact of the other's lips as his brain short circuited. Wu QingJue's eyes glinted with mirth and happiness. He gripped the back of Bao Bao's neck and held him in place as he parted those lips. He drove his tongue inside and lightly, it tasted just like honey. Wu QingJue released his hand and wrapped his arm around Bao Bao's waist as he deepened the kiss.

Bao Bao who was as stiff as a rock finally budged. He placed his hands on top of the other's shoulder and tried to push them off. It was a pointless struggle as the other's arms were like bars of steel. His oxygen was getting drained away like water and his limbs felt like jelly. Feeling the other probe inside of his mouth. His tongue was numb from Wu QingJue's constant suckling. Feeling that he could faint at any moment, he finally snapped. He bit down on the other's perverse tongue.

This finally gave them the leeway as the person finally backed off, he took in gulps of air greedily. His blood pumping fiercely in his hears and his heartbeat erratic. His eyes were hazed with puzzlement and indictment. He gnashed his teeth. WHO ARE YOU TO EAT THIS GRANDPA'S TOFU?! Now he really wanted to stab this person over a thousand times and toss his bodies out in the while for the wolves to gnaw on until there's nothing left.

*smack*

A crisp sounding slap traveled through the air. Wu QingJue's face had shifted to the right from the force. He licked his lips and turned back to face Bao Bao, his eyes had a intense fire within them. The small elf glared at him and looked like an incredibly angry kitten. Bao Bao could see the result of his slap, a red handprint was clearly visible on the left side of Wu QingJue's cheek. He puffed his cheeks in annoyance seeing the other so unfazed by his action. Bao Bao was unsatisfied with the amount of force he had put within the slap and wanted to bash the other's skull in.

Bao Bao, "What do you think you're doing?!"

Wu QingJue, "Kissing you."

Bao Bao's fury grew even more. This grandpa isn't blind! This grandpa clearly saw and felt it.... He harshly wiped his lips with his sleeve as he tried to get rid of the after feelings. His lips tingled and felt itchy and he didn't want to talk with this idiot block-of-wood-mess here.

Wu QingJue's mouth twitched at the other's action. Was his mouth that dirty? He looked at those plumped red lips and saw that the delicate skin was getting damaged and frowned. Why was he brutally injuring those succulent lips? Does he not know how soft and biteable they are? Seeing that Bao Bao was continuously wiping nonstop, he wanted to stop him. He pulled Bao Bao's hands away, "Here, let me help."

His lips once more covered Bao Bao's. Before he could attempt to invade, Bao Bao kicked his shin with all of his strength and wriggled away. Not stopping, Bao Bao took off running and fled the scene as fast as possible. He wasn't going to wait around until a certain someone recovered from his fierce kick. Bao Bao's skill was going to run out in half a sichen's worth a time, he would no longer be detectable to the human eye.

While he was scampering to safety, Bao Bao resented the fact that not once but twice, his tofu was wholly eaten by a the male lead. Though this wasn't his first kiss, he definitely did not want to give it away as if it was candy. Under his breath, curses fell out like raindrops.

At the banquet, the performances was still ongoing. Many watched on and the performers would take small bashful glances at Tu HuaLi to see if he was interested. Courageous and daring ones would throw flirtatious ganders at the emperor, all competing to see whose feathers would be the brightest. The current performer was a daughter from one of the officials, she wore on feathery light clothes and resembled a peacock. Every turn of her hips, her feather behinds would sway with such viciousness as if she wanting to sit upon you and squish you underneath her.

Loud claps followed the end of her performance. Without the ability to see, Xu XiuLan knew who was coming onto the stage next. He smirked, an incense of time had already passed and the effects of Bao Bao's miracle drugs should taken affect already. Zuo NaLi sauntered onto the stage, today would be the day that he would become the limelight and be remembered for many years later. His heartbreaking melody would bring tears to everyone.

The moment his feet hit the stage floor, his brows scrunched up. A slight ache in his body tingled his nerves. It was like a small fire that started in his navel area and felt uncomfortable for him. He kept the smile plastered on his face but balled his fists because as soon as he thought about it, the flames would magnify. It made his whole back become covered in sweat. He sat in the middle of the stage and set his qin down gingerly.

Xu XiuLan smirked as soon as he received a message from Bao Bao. He leisurely sipped the tea that was served to him.

The whole area was quiet and a melancholic tune gravitated in the troposphere. His lips trembled as he tried to stabilize the ever growing itchiness internally.

Just like in the plot, tears tumbled down the audience's face. All but three people were crying alongside as the song rang out.
