Chapter 37

-3rd POV-

All sudents of the hero course were all training, pushing their limits. In order to get their provisional licence, they need to pass the exam; and for them to do that, they need to push through their limit! Plus Ultra!!

-Izuku's POV-

4 days already past and I finally got my upgrades. "Class A, times up!" I looked at the entrance and saw class B, but my eyes zeroed to Micchan. She didn't look as energetic, so without even thinking, I made a beeline towards her and held her face; ultimately ignoring Monoma-kun. "Are you okay?" her face was slightly pale, and if you look close enough you'd see slight bags under her eyes. "Had another nightmare?" she nodded but gave me a smile that said 'I'll be fine, I'll tell you later'. She rarely have me those smiles since she'd tell me everything when someone or something is bothering her.

Aizawa-sensei already told us to to go back to our dorms but from my peripheral vision, I saw Vlad King approaching sensei. I kinda stayed outside to train some more, also because Micchan might come after she finished training. I took a five minute break after two hours of practicing my shoot style. I haven't noticed anyone approaching, so when someone tapped my shoulder, I jumped out of my skin. "Midoriya! You really have to mind that muttering..." I sighed and smiled sheepishly and bowed at Vlad King. "Sorry sir... I was thinking if new strategies in how to--" "I know. I wanted to talk to you about your sister." this got my full attention.

Vlad King explained what happened last night and I listened carefully "So her night terrors came back... It's quite surprising, since she stopped having night terrors three weeks after the Camino incident..." "I see... As her homeroom teacher, I should help her when she needs help. But aside from your mother, you know her the best." 'Oh my sgkgsisvyx!!! Vlad King is asking for my advice! Even though it's for Micchan!! Ifsisgzifzjsvz!!! Okay calm down Izuku!!' I was celebrating in the inside but at the outside, I held a thinking face. "Well... Whenever she has night terrors, mom gives her special blend of mint tea. After drinking it, Micchan would immediately fall back to sleep. Although we only did that for a week, since she stopped having night terrors."  the hero in front of me held his chin, thinking deeply. "What about a plan b if the tea doesn't work? I heard from your sister that she sleeps with you" at the simple mention of that made me flustered. "U-u-u-um.. T-t-t-that's! I-I always stay till she falls asleep a-a-and in the midst of it I-I fall asleep with her... Also because she always sneak into my room..." Micchan is so blunt that sometimes I'm the one being embarrassed... But I love her anyways... Because of this thought, I didn't notice that I was muttering until Vlad King hand chopped my head. "Mattaku... You two really are siblings... Anyway, I'll try the tea method for a week but if she continues to get them I'll need to do some arrangements." "Oh, right" I picked up my notebook and pen then wrote mom's recipe and the exact procedures in making the tea. It was simple but complicated at the same time... They also might not have the right ingredients...  If I'll be totally honest... Micchan is very picky when she gets nightmares, what more if she gets night terrors! "She should drink it before she goes to sleep but since it's Micchan we're talking about, she'll forget to drink it... I suggest to put a note on the fridge or in plain sight." Vlad King stared at me for a few moments after taking the note. He smirked and ruffled my hair "You're a good kid. Izumi is very blessed to have such a caring and loving brother like you."

I stared at Vlad King's back, when he was out of sight, I couldn't help but let out a giggle. It was my first time being praised by a hero that wasn't All Might! 'He said I'm a good brother! Ah... But then, I wonder what arrangements Vlad King or the staff would do for Micchan?' I shook my head. I'll be positive! For Micchan!!

-3rd POV-

While Izuku and the rest of class A were doing their own things, class B were all training for their ultimate moves. Izumi, like her brother struggled and she still is. Though she was more of a rescue and support hero, she wants to be a balanced hero. A hero that can rescue and fight at the same time. Eraserhead was supervising them for a bit as Vlad King talks with Izuku. Izumi was thinking of how she could improve her quirk, she was currently munching and eating the plants and herbs that was given to her. 'I already improved my accuracy and how to handle my whip... But then I shouldn't only focus in those two..' Izumi suddenly gasped, she knew what to do!

In a span of a week, everyone from both class A and B developed their ultimate moves. In three days time, they will take the provisional hero licence exam. But for now, let's take a slight peek on what everyone is doing.

"Come on spill it out, you'll get a lighter sentence if you confess~" Jiro said smirking as Uraraka floated. The girls; namely Mina, Jiro, and Hagakure were teasing the flustered gravity girl. Meanwhile just outside the dorm, the Midoriya twins were having a heart to heart conversation. Izuku was comforting and trying his best to support his sister, those terrible nightmares were too graphic for our broccoli woman. It made her terrified, she talked about it with Vlad King and Recovery Girl. Unfortunately for her Recovery Girl isn't much skilled in the psychological department. Though Izumi was thankful that they tried to help, she really just wanted to take her head away from that nightmare. "By the way, have you finished your move Micchan? I'm almost done with my shoot style! Though I just need more practice!" Izumi giggled as her brother slightly bragged, feeling proud that her brother is doing well. "Well... I have a lot of ideas, for the past weeks, I improved my accuracy and whip handling. For this week I'm working on how I'll use my quirk for attacking. I already have my vine whip, now I'm trying to polish my new technique!" hearing the words 'new technique' Izuku couldn't help but be intrigued! He opened his notebook to his sister's page in order to jot down Izumi's new skill. "I'm ready." giggling happily, Izumi told her brother her ultimate moves.

"In three days we'll be taking the exams..." "Yeah, but don't worry onii-chan! I'm currently making good luck charms for everyone!" ah yes, good luck charms. Izumi had been making them ever since their training camp started. The girls of class B knew of this but lets Izumi think they didn't know, because seeing Izumi's sweet and excited smile melted their hearts. "Micchan... I love you!!" Izuku stated hugging her, "I love you too onii-chan!"
