9:00 am First period I walk in and beg the teacher to change my seat.
"Please, I cant see that well back there" I say, "Okay fine, you can sit next to Finn over there." she pointed at a desk that was next to another curly haired boy. Great.
I go and sit next to him making no eye contact, I can feel his eyes looking at me.
"Hey I'm Finn" he says
"I'm y/n"
"Has anyone ever told you how beautiful you are?"
"I mean I guess" I say
"Can I get your number?"
I started laughing.
"Hahahaha no" I say.
I look over at the door and see jack walk in and I quickly look away.
I was so mad at him.
"What's wrong babe?" Finn says, "Nothing, and don't call me that!" I say "Damn someone's moody today" he winks at me. I roll my eyes and ignore him for the rest of the class (Time skip to lunch) I was sitting at my table alone, where is Sadie? Caleb comes and sits at the table, "Where is Sadie? She's always here first!" He says.
"I don't know, I thought she was with you" I say, "So how was y'all's date yesterday?" I asked him, "We didn't go on a date yesterday" he says " I told y'all, I had tryouts"
That lying bitch.
"She told me that she was going to be with you?" I say, "She told me she was going to Millie's party with you"
I fucking knew it!
From the corner oh my eye, I see Sadie... walking with Millie.
Me and Caleb look at each other, jaws dropped.
She doesn't even look at me, she goes and sits with Millie and the minions, and calls Caleb over.
Caleb gets up and walks over there, "sorry y/n, boyfriend duty's".
I can't believe this, this can not be happening, my head starts spinning, everything becomes silent.
My best friend, Sadie. Sitting with my enemy.
I want to cry, but if I do, it will ruin my reputation, it would make me look weak.
I look over and Millie is looking at me, flipping me off.
"Looks like it's time to fight a bitch" I whispered to myself.
I was about to walk over there, but I feel someone grab my arm...
It was Finn.
"Hey y/n wait!" He said.
"Oh my god, what do you want!" I said.
"I'm sorry, I normally don't talk like how I talked to you earlier."
"Well then I guess I forgive you" I say smiling.
Damn why are all brown curly haired boys so cute.
"Well maybe we can hang out after school?" He asked.
"Tomorrow" I said.
"Well can I get your number?" He took out his phone.
I grab his phone and put my number in it.
"Call me, don't text me" I say.
I was about to go over to Millie and the minions, until I saw jack walking towards me.
I ran out of the cafeteria and walked around the halls until 5th period.

(Time skip to after school) I decided to go to the skate park since my mom wasn't going to work tonight.
When I was little, my dad loved to skate, he would skate all day and night. On my 10th birthday, he taught me how to skate. My dad never showed it, but he was super depress, and skating was his way of "escaping from reality" as he says. One day, he said he was going to the store, he gave isla (who was one at the time) a kiss on the head, and gave me his gold chain and told me to never lose it. A few hours later, someone called my mom, and said that he jumped off a bridge, and landed on the highway. My dad used to tell me "never show your tears, because when people see them, they will think they are more powerful than you, and we don't want that." So when he died, I didn't cry. I waited until I was alone. My mom thinks I'm heartless and would tell me that I never loved him and how I only care about myself.
4 years later, my mom met a man named Greg, I hated him and he hated me. A few months later, my mom found out she was pregnant, and he left right away. My mom blamed me when he left.
When I got to the skate park, there was a bunch of boys there, staring at me.
I start skating, not paying attention to anyone. When I start skating, my mind is clear. When I looked over, I see that most of the boys were watching me.
I can never tell is they are watching because they think I'm good or if they think I'm pretty.
(2 hours later) I'm about to leave, and I get a call from jack.
I ignore it.
I start walking home, and I get another call.
Unknown number.
"Hello?" I say, "Hey it's Finn" "Oh hey Finn" "I was wondering if we were still hanging out tomorrow?" He says "Yeah totally, what are we gonna do?" I say. "Mall?" "Sounds lame, lets do it!" I say He starts laughing, "Hey if you want, I can pick you up tomorrow morning?" He says, "and then after school we can go straight to the mall."
"Okay sure, I'll send my address" I say, "Wait before you go, why don't you like texting?" He asked, "I prefer to actually talk to people, other than reading what the other person has to say." "Oh okay, well I'll see you tomorrow morning" He says, "Okay bye" "Bye".
When I get home, my mom looks pissed. "Where were you" she says "I went to the skate park" "With that boy?" "No mom, we aren't speaking right now" "Well Isla just told me that a boy was here the other day" she stands up and walks over to me. "Okay..." I say She gets in my face, "Why was there a boy here?" "I just wanted some company" "Why didn't you invite Sadie over instead?" "Because she went to a party" "Did you and this boy do anything?" I can smell the alcohol from her breath. "No mom, he left right after I put the girls to bed" "Then tell me why Isla said she heard screaming?" "BECAUSE I WAS YELLING AT HIM TO LEAVE BECAUSE HE PISSED ME OFF." She slaps me, "You are a dirty little slut" I wanted to cry, but I didn't "I hate you" I said and pushed her away and walked to my room. I laid in my bed and started crying.
