Saniwa entered Yagen Toushirou's study uninvitingly, startling the sword. Yagen regained his composure before smiling at her, greeting her courteously.

"How do you do, General?"

"I'm fine," she answered nonchalantly. "You know what I'm here for, don't you?"

"Of course," Yagen responded confidently before directing his attention back to his microscope. "The medicine is on the table, please help yourself."

"Got it, thanks." Retrieving the small bottle from Yagen's table, Saniwa expressed her gratitude briefly before leaving the room.

As she stepped out of the sword's room, Saniwa downed the contents in the bottle in a single gulp, scrunching her face up afterwards due to the bitter aftertaste the medicine left. She hated bitter things and this medicine was the epitome of bitter.

Saniwa had a condition which required her to take daily dosages of the medicine which only Yagen could make. Although she loathed the unpleasant taste the medicine left in her mouth, it was effective. In addition, her condition was bound to worsen if she did not consume the medicine on a day to day basis.

Like always, the medicine made Saniwa drowsy shortly after she took it. Staggering towards her bed, Saniwa collapsed onto it and dozed off in a matter of a few seconds.

When Saniwa opened her eyes, she was surprised to find two pairs of worried eyes staring down at her. She recognised that one of the pairs belonged to Yagen and the other to Kasen Kanesada.

She cocked her head sideways in confusion, unable to comprehend their presence. However what puzzled her even more was the fact that Yagen and Kasen appeared even bigger than usual, it was as if they had been magnified to appear twice their actual size.

Attempting to clear her doubts, Saniwa opened her mouth to speak. To her horror, nothing but baby talk came out as she uttered uncomprehensible words.

"General, you took the wrong bottle earlier," Yagen frowned. "The liquid you consumed was actually a new potion I'm trying out to make a person look much younger. It seems that the effect was too strong... I'm sorry, I should have made sure you had taken the right bottle."

Saniwa froze. Her eyes travelled down to her hands and her jaw dropped instantly upon noticing that her hands were small and plump, similar to an infant's.

The female tried to recall back on the time she took the medicine. She remember vividly that the bottle she took was the only one which held the same appearance as her usual medicine bottle. It confused her as to why Yagen claimed that she took the wrong bottle.

"It's my fault," removing his spectacles, Yagen let out a distressed sigh. "I used your usual bottle to store my newly made potion by accident. Hence, I placed your medicine into another bottle and forgot to inform you about it."

"What do we do with Master then?" In panic, Kasen glanced over at the shorter sword. His eyebrows furrowed and worry was written all over his face while Yagen went deep into thought, deeply considering the possible solutions to the problem.

Saniwa stared blankly at her two swords. That moment, she felt utterly helpless and useless. She couldn't speak, she couldn't walk and she couldn't think straight. All she had in mind were just the thoughts of remaining as a baby forever for the rest of her life.

Raising his index finger, which was covered by the black gloves he wore, Yagen directed his attention back to Kasen with a serious glint in his eyes. "I will come up with an antidote right away," he assured Kasen, who seemed to be close to having a heart attack. "However, I will need three days. At least."
