Anyways I decided to show mercy to you guys as a sort-of Christmas present so here you go ✨

The little boy was asleep beside the fire. His occasional snores would make the cat open one eye lazily before shutting it again. The warm glow of the fireplace lit the room softly, lighting up the snow falling onto the windowsill outside.

The front door opened, and the cat lifted its head, looking into the front hall, before rolling over closer to the fire. A flurry of snowflakes floated in from the door, and Sam and Gabe stomped in, shaking all the snow off their boots.

"Fuck, there's so much -"

"Shh!" Sam told Gabe, stopping Gabe from an extra-big stomp, pointing at the kid. Gabe cringed, putting his foot down slowly.

"Ryan is always sleeping these days - is he hibernating...?" Gabe questioned, stepping into the living room and quietly brushing the snow off his coat.

"We tired him out in the snow." A voice spoke up from the corner. Lucifer was grinning, taking his glasses off and folding them up, slipping them in his pocket as he stood up. Michael, who was sitting beside him, caught the book on Lucifer's lap before it fell to the ground and stood up too. "He had great fun while you were away."

The fluffy haired kid sat up, yawning, before seeing Sam and Gabe. "Dad! Papa!"

Sam's heart squeezed as the kid called him that, smiling as Ryan stumbled to his feet and launched himself at the two. Sam and Gabe group-hugged the boy, squeezing him tightly.

"I missed you!" Ryan exclaimed into Sam's coat.

"We were only gone for the day." Sam chuckled.

"Was a great date, by the way." Gabe winked at Lucifer, who snorted.

"Are you all awoken now?" Sam ruffled Ryan's hair. "The others will be coming round shortly."

At that, the door banged open loudly and Balthazar pranced in with a wine bottle in each hand. Kevin sauntered in, looking confused. Emma and Bethany followed, Charlie and her fiancée Jo coming in behind. Adam and his new boy Samandriel squeezed in through the doorway holding hands, and Destiel followed behind, shutting the door. Sam blinked.

"It's Adam and Samandriel, not Adam and Steve." Gabe winked at Adam, and Adam rolled his eyes.

"Haha, so funny and original. I totally don't hear that ten thousand times a day."

Emma and Bethany were chatting happily to Charlie and Jo, admiring Jo's engagement ring. Emma and Charlie's previous engagement four years ago was long forgotten in the midst of Emma and Bethany's marriage and Charlie's infatuation with the pretty doctor that helped her friends beat cancer.

Dean and Cas had just come back from their honeymoon and were boasting about it to Lucifer and Michael, showing off their tans and pictures. Sam observed their family, the smile still on his face as he held hands with Gabe and put his arm around Ryan's shoulder.
