Distract Yourself

I hate it when it happens. It usually goes away with sleep but when it doesn't, I distract myself until it goes away. I'm making forts in my bedroom with blankets, watching shows on netflix or reading books, I'm trying to engage myself in conversation so I don't think about it. For the most part, I'm pretty good at distracting myself when it happens. I just wish it would go away. I can't take it when I feel this way. So I'll pretend I don't until it's true.
