Two days had passed since Jiang and the emperor's tug of war in the ascension pond and it was on the morning of the fouth day that Jiang eventually stirred on the bed he had been placed by the emperor, as Jiang yawned he moved his left hand that had been resting on something hard to cover his opened mouth and when he was done doing that he placed his hands back where he had just lifted it from, then readjusted his head in an attempt to squeeze into whatever was giving him such a nice warm feeling.

Qin Jie Huang had been awake for quite some time and his eyes were practically glued on Jiang's face, he watched Jiang intently and seemed fascinated with Jiang's actions of opening and closing his thin lips while he yawned.
