The emperor couldn't help but feel like of recent he had become weak, not in strength but in the way he handles his day to day affairs and he didn't like that at all, he couldn't afford to have any form of weakness, not with the kind of position he held, so he began to seriously ponder on what he could possibly do to get rid of such weakness which was in the form of one person only, his JiangER.

Chapter 93- Kick Some Ass

While the emperor was busy with his ministers at the morning court, Jiang after his recent cultivation had gotten dressed in a female purple robe which was also formerly owned by his sister young mistress Lei Yue, he also changed the color of the veil ice jewel to purple so that it matched the robe he was wearing, then Jiang made the decision to visit the fashion house inside the imperial palace, it was a place where all robes designed for the emperor, eunuchs and court ladies were made, Jiang couldn't really say he had any real busy going there just his earlier promise of visiting the place when he got the chance and this time was as good as any.

Although Jiang didn't want it an entourage of servants from the fairytale palace which consisted of some court ladies and eunuchs, Han Sheng included insisted on following him for this casual stroll, nothing Jiang said could stop them and this made Jiang wonder why they were so adamant, he remembered clearly that they had been slacking off of late because that was kind of how Jiang wanted it and then they had no real problem with listening to Jiang and not doing the things he insisted they shouldn't be bothered with, their obedience was even more exceptional once they got wind of the news that the emperor had exited the palace so Jiang couldn't comprehend why they went back to their former ways again, however, he wasn't planning on figuring out their sudden change of attitude so Jiang just shrugged off the whole thing and kept it at the back of his mind.

As Jiang approached the fashion house through a certain narrow route he discovered that a girl in light blue fluttering female robes, with beautiful big clear teary blue eyes, small lips and generally with looks so ethereal blocked his path a few meters from him, behind her was about two attendants, a boy and a girl.

Jiang felt that the girl's face looked familiar as well as her aura but he couldn't just place where he had met or saw her, his brows raised as he asked "Do I know you?" it was then he felt that familiar vibration on his wrist, he looked down at the empress elect's tracker bracelet given to him by the emperor's chief eunuch Bai Kang on the day of the selection of the empress elect competitors for his position.

"Greetings esteemed empress elect, I am princess Yang Liu from the subordinate kingdom Sui Han, only daughter to governor Yang Meng, it's nice to finally make your acquaintance esteemed empress elect" subordinate princess Yang Liu kindly smiled at Jiang as she spoke, Jiang sighed deeply and just stared cautiously at her, he understood that her true mission here today wasn't to just offer pleasantries, she was at the expert realm of a rank Jiang still didn't know about and she was here to battle with him for his title, she must have gotten wind of the path he was taking because of the tracker bracelet on his right hand wrist.
