Recently, I've noticed that this story and "If I'm Lucky" have been gaining quite a few reads, votes and comments, and I just wanted to thank everyone for the support, however, there is something that I need to tell you.

Chapter 21 of this story is going to contain several parts involving drug use, alcohol use, mentions of sexual abuse, medical conditions and death. If these are things that are triggering to you or upset you in any way, PLEASE DO NOT READ CHAPTER 21. 

I'm not writing chapters with these things in them to purposely scare people away or anything, however, it was a planned part of my storyline for awhile because Gerald has had drug issues in the past, and now they're coming back again.

If anyone does not feel comfortable reading Chapter 21 in its entirety but would like to know what happens so they can continue on with the story without being confused, please message me, and I will give you a synopsis of the chapters.

I wanted to post this as a warning for what's coming up ahead so that anyone who does decide to read it can prepare themselves if need be.
