Your P.O.V

It's been a few days...

You all still haven't told anyone in Mark's family about his passing. As well as his other friends.

You all needed to mourn a bit as a group by yourselves. But you knew that the day was coming... the day when you had to give Mark a proper burial. Or something of the sort. After all, you can't keep a dead body in the house... because then sooner or later it will start rotting...

You didn't want to think about it of course. But it was just nature's disgusting way of life. Life and death and again life and death... the circle of life.

Or more like a straight line for a single being.

Because in reality one day you wake up alive... and then awhile later you fall asleep dead. It's one straight line. Not a circle in the perspective of a single being.

As you were alone with your thoughts you decide to walk into Mark's bedroom. It's funny isn't it? Just a few months ago, in this very room he proposed to you so you can be his girlfriend officially. But now all of that is just a long, happy, distant memory. Almost unreachable now as it seems...

You stretched you arm out to feel the bed. And soon sat on top of it still thinking about him. What probably made it worse is that the sheets still smelled just like him. His scent was literally all over it. And you couldn't help but to fall and lay onto the bed. Desperate to get as much of him that's left. Probably a creepy thing to do but heck, you're part wolf now because of him for Christ sake, so why not?

Suddenly another familiar scent hopped onto the bed next to you. You smiled as you saw the familiar golden fur, brush against your skin.

"Hi Chica, you know you're not supposed to go on top of the bed. Mark..." You stopped as you remembered. You then looked over at Chica who's face turned into a sad one as she laid her head against your belly. "I know... I miss him too."

You pet Chica to make her feel better which it did, you can sense what she was feeling after all. As well as most beings.

"You think Mark might come back soon?" Chica asked you as she barked.

You smiled at Chica not really wanting to tell her the truth.

"Mark is just taking a really long nap right now..." You simply say to her.

"But he will wake up soon right?" Chica asked you.

"Yeah, he will wake up soon... In a better place..." You said as your voice trailed off, and you tried to contain your tears from leaving your system again.

Chica just looked at you with confusion. But she just shook it off as she kept laying down on top of you. And you kept petting her as you looked up at the ceiling still trapped inside your own thoughts.

I wish we could all start over again... Like that one time where Dark took control... But that was only one time... You can't reset time again. Even she said you couldn't...

Suddenly someone knocked on the door as you sat up and Chica jumped off the bed as instinct.

"(Y/n)? Are you in there? May I come in?"

You recognized the voice to be Tyler's. You wiped your eyes making sure there wasn't anything watering around them. When you felt like you were ready you spoke to him through the door.

"Yeah you can come in," You said to him, trying to give a smile as best as you could possibly manage at this point and time.

Tyler entered the room and looked at you. He couldn't help but chuckle a bit as he saw your expression.
