Prologue

In a bright sunny day a lot of people can be seen in the ground. Some are running here and there and some are looking at the preparations while rest of the crowd is here just as the audience.

It seems they are shooting an ad for a designer brand. As the set was completed the director called for the model for the ad. 

Everyone was left in a daze after seeing the girl. Her hairs falls down her back like rivers, Her eyes big and sparkle like jewels, Her skin smooth like jade and her pink and pouty lips gives her other worldly charm. She is the lady dubbed as the most beautiful women in the world 

Eclairs Willows 

Eclairs started modelling as a part time job so she could pay for her college. Sooner she started to become famous as a model but she was more busy in completing her education so she took a break from modelling and completed her studies. But life's a bitch and it was hard for her to find a job after that t did not matter even if she was a top student in her field but due to being from a relatively unknown college and having no connections came in her way and she had a hard time finding a job.

At that time she became helpless she needed to find a job. She decided to join entertainment industry again but due to leaving it at the early start of her career she had a hard time there as well. Then everything changed when she auditioned for an upcoming movie. She was chosen as a rival character but she was beautiful. The movie became a hit and so did she because of her great acting skills and charm she got a lot of offers. She became popular overnight.

Then she took part in international modelling competition and won it overwhelmingly and was dubbed as the most beautiful women in the world. 

Then she also took part in international hacking  competition and won it as well. She became popular as beauty and brains and became untouchable on her own accord. That is the reason why she is respected in society as well. She has been clean in both her careers. That is ho she stands at the top.

Everyone were brought back to reality when the director said cut. It seems like the first scene was completed now for the second one the girl was going to change her outfit when suddenly the light on set broke and fell on her head taking her life on the spot.

Everyone stood there stunned at the sudden accident and death of the queen.

Eclairs POV:

beep

beep

beep

'where am I? What is this white space? and where is that beep noise coming from.'

'Am I in a vegetative state......'

Gosh who needs lights in the outdoor shoot the accident would not have happened if they used there brains. well at least now I can rest.

[who said that u came here to rest huh?]

'huh where did that voice come from?'

Eclairs looked around her to see where the voice came from but she did not find anything

"um who are you and why can't I see you?"

[I am Valak. A random system.]

'isn't Valak the name of a demon. Why do I have the bad feeling about this?'

[I ain't a demon we just happened to share the same name young lady.]

'Oh.......... so you can read minds huh and still dare to say that you are not a demon.'

"so Valak are you a male or a female?"

[ I don't have a gender. I can become a male or a female if I want to ]

"okay so can you please explain why am I here?"

[You are here because your souls wavelength and my space are in complete harmony. That means that you and I are 100% compatible and are ideal host and system pair]

"system as in the same as in the novels."

[yes kind of but there are some differences between those novels and real systems.]

'oh, Differences like what?'

[Differences like... 1:- your soul will remain safe even if you fail the mission because our authorities are against harming the host.... 2:- You can OOC if you want to we don't deduct points for that but please be careful of the situation if you want to complete the mission without much trouble...3:- You are going to the worlds because the world conscious is asking you to so no need to be afraid of it. One of the reason why you can OOC. that is all.]

'But wont the mission become boring if I can OOC. And aren't you afraid that I will take the job too easy without the punishment.'  

[That is not the case. If the mission is hard it will remain hard even if you OOC. And about the punishment let's be real who would care about there soul being destroyed. No one wants to go back to the world to live the life of a misery they would rather die then live a life like that. So we just gain mutual benefits by doing this it is up to the person to decide what they want to do]

' What kind of mutual benefits?' 

[We gain energy from the worlds to keep the sun from dying it is the source of life for you right. They are novel worlds but be careful because the people are somehow real they are not just random book characters. The host completes missions and gains energy that is used to generate energy for the sun you in return get points which you may use to gain skills and charm and anything you like]

'it is not mutual benefit if you don't know what you are giving to your host you know. And to keep the sun from dying are you serious? That is a lame reason but somehow seems important.'

[What do you say wanna join in the missions?]  

"yes sure why not? sounds fun but can I please go to sleep for some time. I am tired. I have not slept for days."

[Sure you can.]

{why do I feel uneasy about it.}

And that is how eclairs slept for  weeks straight.

[are you ready to go to your first mission.]

'yes I am'

[then lets go]

A/n: Hope you enjoy the story. I had a lot of ideas for new stories and I was tired of not writing it so I would turn those new story ideas into missions in this book.

Do read my other story A PERFECT REINCARNATION though as it was the first story that I decided to write.

Don't read the story if you don't like it. I won't change the story just because you hate it. I wrote it because I like it.

I say it every time that I write to de-stress and I am not as good as many other writers out here
