Taehyung settled into his seat with his arms crossed. He was looking forward to having a one-on-one talk with Jennie without distractions, but that plan was postponed since she wanted to play cupid.

He got the gist of it all when she explained it to him on the way to the restaurant. He decided to nod along and agree with her pairing-up tactics, because well, happy Jennie equals happy Taehyungie.

Chaeyoung was now sitting across from Jimin. The poor guy still had the tips of his ears red and he was looking down ever so often. He was a bit guilty making her feel startled at the office.

"You okay?" She always dreamed of being able to converse with him, and the only way she was gonna do that now was if she decided to speak up first.

"Um, I'm sorry about earlier."

"Don't be. I should be the one sorry for cussing out loud. My apologies." She smiled endearingly.

Jimin couldn't help but return the grin. There was something about the way her lips turned upwards that made his heart flutter a little. He would have admit that this woman was very charming.

"I'm Jimin, by the way," He introduced, holding out his hand for a shake.

'I know.' Her conscience whispered.

"Chaeyoung."

"Those shades really do look good on you." He pointed to the pair that was used a headband substitute on her head.

She giggled. "Thank you. I bought it because you made it."

She gasped at her words then chuckled awkwardly. She waved her hands in the air. "What I meant was because Chanel made it but you're part of their model team, right? So, technically you made this too?"

"I guess you could say that." Jimin chuckled. The girl managed to say it all in one breath- he found it both concerning yet impressive.

"Speaking of, how's it like modelling for them? Is it fun?"

'Psh. You act like you don't stalk his social media at all!' She thought to herself.

"It's a one of a kind experience in the world, so it really is enjoyable to do it," His eyes closed as he smiled wider, "How about you? It must be fun designing clothes as a livelihood."

"You could say it is, but sometimes, it gets hard when you have to stay up all night to finish a design."

"Ah, but releasing all that artistic creativity must be a great outlet." He urged for her to continue. He's actually heard quite a few stories about Chaeyoung, since Taehyung has made a habit of rambling about Jennie's anecdotes every morning after a date. Usually, he would fall victim to it since he took great pride in being punctual. So, at eight in the morning, while he fiddled with his phone, his blue-haired would be beside him- talking about Jennie.

Eventually, he found out the her livelihood as a fashion designer, and he couldn't help but be enwrapped in awe.

"It's great to see when people appreciate your work as much as the effort you put into it."

Jimin nodded his head at her before multiple trays of food came their way. The servers settled them down neatly onto the table before bowing and leaving them to their vices.

"Uh... we have to go catch the midnight train."

Jennie said after they finished dessert. Taehyung stood up and pulled her wrist to get out of the restaurant before their friends had any further objections. He was more than happy to be out of the eating place and free from the clutches of awkwardness.
