Chapter 58: Starting Over Again

Rox's POV

She's here? I look at Clovee.

"How?" Sambit ko

"It's a long story but to make it short. She forgive me and Clover." she said. She forgive them. I'm happy for them but I wish that she can forgive me too. I sit next to my girlfriend, Clovee.

"Hi" I greeted Elle. I wasn't expecting that she will greet me too.

"Hi" She said. I was speechless for the second time.

"How are you?" I asked

"I'm great" she answered. Clover and Clovee are quiet. I think they are reading the atmosphere.

"I'm so-"

"Stop. I forgive you." she said

"I forgive you not because you're here or your Clovee's boyfriend. It was because I realize that I can't move on from the past if I can keep on living there." she explained. My heart beats with excitement. I didn't expect that she can forgive us easily because the pain we've caused her is so much. Pero iyon ata iyong nakalimutan ko. Na si Elle iyong tao na kahit anong gawin mo, papatawarin ka niya kasi mahalaga ka sa kanya.

I wish na mapatawad niya si Haven.

Her POV

Rox thanked me for forgiving him. I realized that it was easy to move forward kapag tinanggal mo iyong mga bagay na nakakapagpabigat ng nararamdaman mo. Hindi sa lahat ng oras ay tama ang mga bagay o desisyon natin dahil nasaktan nila tayo. Kasi minsan hindi natin napapansin na may mali rin tayong nagawa. Nagpaalam na ako sa kanila na matutulog na. I suddenly felt tired right now. I cleared my mind. I went upstairs where the guest room is located.

If you are wondering how did I know that Clovee and Rox are in a relationship is because when I saw them at the ball. They are so sweet. Nakilala ko agad sila dahil sa kakaiba ang aura nila. Ano nga bang aasahan ko sa miyembro ng isang mysterious organization.

I jump on the bed and immediately fell asleep. I wake up when someone knock at the door. I open it and saw Clovee standing there.

"Breakfast na" she said. Parang katutulog ko pa lang. Sobra ba iyong pagod ko at ganito ang nararamdaman ko?

"I'll come after I took a shower" I said

"Okay" I closed the door and head to the bathroom. I took a quick shower and get dressed. I went to the kitchen and saw the three sitting. Clovee is sitting next to Rox and Clover is sitting in the opposite direction of Clovee. They smile and greeted me "good morning" as they saw me.

We ate breakfast while talking about some happy memories back then.

"Naalala mo ba nung time na nasa library tayo? Napalabas tayo kasi sobrang ingay natin? Muntikan pa tayong ma ban nun kasi nga araw-araw tayong nandun ay lagi lang naman tayong maingay" Sambit ni Clovee habang tumatawa. We all laughed ng maalala yung pangyayaring iyon. Napagalitan ko pa sila nun dahil library lang talaga lagi kog tinatambayan.

Sa kalagitnaan ng paguusap ay may tumawag sakin.

"Just gonna answer this call." I said at pumunta sa may pool area ng makita ko kung sino ang tumatawag.

"Hey." I answered

"We finished our mission. It's all now okay. You can now go back. Haven and his friends help us to beat that mysterious organization they belong three years ago. They all now free from their hands." she said

"Thanks Mom. I didn't even help you." I said

"You do. You help us to investigate about that. Even if you are mad at them you freed them from that monster" she said

"Trexx told us about your situation. Are you okay? Do you want to come back here?" she asked worriedly. She changed the topic.

"Mom, I'm fine. And hindi pa naman sure kung ganun ba talaga ehh. Don't worry about it." I said

"Are you sure? We can't just ignore something like that. We are very worried." she said worriedly.

"I'm very sure, Mom." Malumanay na sambit ko. Wala sana akong balak na sabihin sa kanila ngunit alam ko naman na malalaman rin nila agad kahit itago ko.

"I already talk to the doctor who look after you noon. It's getting serious." Nagaalalang sambit ni mom. I am really thankful that they become my parents.

"Mom, It's what I want. I need to finish everything. And please don't tell Trexx about what you found out." Seryosong sambit ko. Narinig ko ang pagbuntong hininga ni mom.

"I won't. But you still going to leave?" tanong ni mom.

"Yes, I decided to. For the best." Sambit ko kay mom.

"Then we will wait for you here. And you were going to accept the treatment." Seryosong sambit ni mom. Bumuntong hininga ako bago pinatay ang tawag.

I'm sorry Mom, Dad

Bumalik na ako sa loob at nakita sila sa living room. I smiled at them.

"Sino tumawag?" Clovee asked

"It was my mom." I said

"Ahh" parang may gusto pa siyang itanong ngunit hindi niya magawa.

"I need to go." paalam ko sa kanila

"Ngayon na agad?" tanong ni Rox

"Yes. I need to go home now." I said

"Okay. Take care." sambit ni Clover

"Siya nga pala may outing kami this weekend. Gusto mo sumama?" sambit ni Rox

"Oo nga pala. Sama ka." sambit naman ni Clovee

"I'll text you if I'm free." I said. They nod. I went home and found Trexx playing with Rionder.

"Hi" I said dahilan para mapatingin sila sakin.

"Mama Lulu" Rionder said and hugged me

"How's them?" he asked

"They are fine" I said at umupo sa sofa. Ganun din ang ginawa ni Trexx. Nasa lap ko naman si Rionder habang nanonood.

"Oh nga pala. Clovee invited me to come with them next week. May outing daw sila" sambit ko

"Do you want to come?" he asked

"Pero may outing din tayo diba?" balik na tanong ko

"You can go. May next time naman" sambit niya at ngumiti sakin.

"Do you want to come with me?" I asked

"But" nagaalangan niyang sambit

"I won't go if hindi kayo sasama sakin ni Rionder" sambit ko

"He will be there, right?" he asked

"Yeah, I think so. I said

"Fine" he said

I texted Clovee na sasama ako at may mga kasama rin ako. She said okay. But I didn't tell her na tatlo kaming kasama.
