Charlus Potter makes sure that Dumbledore pays for whatever he had done with Harry by handing him over to the Ministry.

DUMBLEDORE FOUND GUILTY OF MANIPULATING OUR DEAR HARRY POTTER AKA BOY-WHO-KILLED-THE-DARK-LORD

Yes everyone! You read it right. Our dear saviour, who killed the Dark Lord during a crisis that occurred during the Third Task Triwizard Tournament, was being manipulated by Albus Dumbledore.

He was the one who sent Mr. Potter to a family of Magic Hating Muggles, who loathes our world when You-Know-Who killed James and Lily Potter for the first time (Check page No.02 on the returners).

He was the reason Sirius Black, who was considered to be a mass – murderer until now, to be sent to Azkaban without a trial (Check Page No.03 for more). He is the one who bribed Barty Crouch Sr, the then head of the DMLE, in doing so.

There are many things that have affected Mr. Harry Potter and his family in a very negative way. Let us hope that the current Minister for Magic Cornelius Fudge makes the rightful amendments.

Dumbledore was having a very bad time ever since Charlus Potter visited his office... no... his ex – office now that his actions had been exposed. He didn't ever think that his plans would get driven into the drain. He had thought Harry would defeat Voldemort only after his 7th year even though he had destroyed the other horcruxes. But Harry killing Voldemort in the graveyard and the prophecy made by Trelawney spoilt everything he had planned. He had been stunned immediately after he was informed of his charges pressed against him. So, by the time he woke up, he was cuffed and was placed in a Ministry holding cell.

His plans were exposed by the Potter Patriarch on the 25th of June 1995 and his trial was set two days from the said date, that is, 27th of June 1995, on the Tuesday. The only visitors he had were the Aurors bringing in his food. Since everyone knew that he was very good at performing wandless magic, the had placed a magic binding bracelet on both of his wrists. On the morning of the trial, he was woken, given some food and escorted to Courtroom No. 07 where his trial was being held.

He had been stripped of his titles and awards (Yes! Including the Order of Merlin, First Class) and had been taken of the post of Supreme Mugwump and Chief Warlock. And just like any other criminal in the Wizarding World, he was handcuffed and stunned before he was removed from his cell to be escorted to the Department of Mysteries. When he was seated on the chair, the cuffs on the chair glowed and strapped itself around the Old Man's hands and the session started. Since it was a closed trial, only the members of the Wizengamot and victims of his plans for the so called 'Greater Good' were present.

The Minister himself was the chief prosecutor. He started speaking "Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, you have been arrested due to the following charges: kidnapping of Harrison James Potter, the Heir Apparent of the Ancient and Noble House of Potter, Stealing of money from the accounts of the same house and for the wrongful imprisonment of Sirius Orion Black, The Current Head of the Ancient and Noble House Of Black. How do you plead?"

"Guilty"

"Administer the Veritaserum."

Once the Veritaserum was administered, the questioning started

"Were you aware of the fact that James and Lily Potter had switched their secret keeper for the Fidelius Charm from Sirius Black to Peter Pettigrew?"

"Yes. I was aware."

"Then, why didn't you demand a trial for Lord Black when you knew of this?"

"It was for the greater good. If Sirius had been proved innocent, he would contest in the guardianship of Harry. I needed the boy to remain hidden and not know about the Wizarding World until he turned 11."

"What did you do to James and Lily Potter's will when they were murdered by You-Know-Who on 31st October 1981?

"I sealed the will and created a fake one so which stated the Dursleys were the primary guardians in the Muggle World while I was the Primary Guardian in the Magical World."

"What did you do to their Family Vaults and Financial Statements?"

"I took over their vaults and financial statements and made sure that a certain amount of money kept coming over to my personal account every year."
