"So maybe if you weren't so fucking dumb, I could actually take you seriously as a member of this team!" Roki yelled at you with fury in his eyes. "Clean this mess up." He used the Force to push you back but you caught yourself before you fell to the ground. Standing up straight, you were tempted to attack him back, but you knew it wouldn't end well for you.

You sighed and looked down to the clutter of tools at his feet. He had just ended a long rant after you tripped over Jonn's foot and dropped your mechanic toolbox, causing everything to fall out onto the floor.

Holding back a glare as Jonn and Gia smirked at you, you let out a huff and started picking up the tools. You knew that no matter what, Roki would never take you seriously, so you didn't let his comments get to you too much.

Once the tools were put away, Anakin entered the break room, followed by Bal-Pikk. "I've put the ship in hyperspace; we should be back in the Outer Rim by tomorrow evening." He announced, before turning to you. "Y/N, that was a really good session we had this morning. You're progressing much faster than I expected."

"Session?" Roki asked him with a raised eyebrow.

Anakin nodded, "I've taken Y/N under my wing; I'm teaching her to use the Force."

"Oh," Roki muttered, an unreadable expression taking over his features. He shot you a look, and you immediately knew he was pissed. "That's... very good."

"I can feel it already. Y/N's powers have been neglected for years, but she's excelling at uncovering them," Anakin explained, making you blush as you looked to the ground. It had been a while since someone on this ship was singing your praise rather than shooting insults at you.

"Good," Roki said with a nod. "I'm glad to hear it."

The girls rolled their eyes and you had to hold back a laugh at their jealousy. Gia folded her arms across her chest and leaned back in her seat, her eyes narrowed as she stared you down. While the others burst into mindless conversation, Anakin walked up behind you, his close proximity making you hold in your breath.

"Y/N, come to my room at midnight," He ordered, his voice soft but his tone commanding, making your heart skip a beat.

You turned your head to the left to see him looking down at you. "Y-your room?" You had never gone in there before, and all your lessons had taken place in the rec room at the back of the ship.

Anakin's eyes darkened and never once left yours. "Did I stutter?" He glanced down to your lips before his eyes met yours again. "Don't be late."

You swallowed as he turned and left the room, leaving you there with a fluttering heartbeat and flushed cheeks. Gia gave you a funny look, but you turned your face away from her before she could grow suspicious.

That night, you did your hair and put on some vanilla perfume, which Anakin had complimented a few days ago. You still weren't sure why he had invited you to his room, but you didn't care - you trusted him, and loved spending time with him. He could've simply wanted you to mop his floor and you'd happily do it.

You knocked softly on his door before taking a step back, trying to calm your nerves. He opened it a few seconds later, an eyebrow raised as he leaned against the door frame. "You're late."

It was almost five minutes past midnight. You bit your lip, twiddling your thumbs. "I'm sorry."

Anakin chuckled lightly, "Don't worry, Y/N. It's only me. Come in." He stepped backwards and you did as he said, walking into his room. You couldn't believe that you were actually in his room, but your nerves quickly translated to excitement.
