Endings and Visits

Chloe's POV

       I sigh in contentment at the feel of the water jets and warm water that surrounds my body. These past four days have been hell as much as they've been heaven. My whole body is in a different type of hurt that I have never felt before, but in a way it felt amazing. Like it's proof that I'm wanted in some way. I stretch my body in the water, closing my eyes at the addicting scent wafting from it. There's this shop in town that makes perfumes and colognes that matches your scent making it into your own personal body washes, rubbing oils and bubble bath liquid if you have the money.

     And I'm thanking Alex's Goddess and mine that he did because laying here in his scent enveloped in hot soothing water has me relaxing in a way I didn't know I needed. Though the pull is weaker than the other days, I still feel the need of wanting to go downstairs and snuggle my way into Alex's lap while he fixes lunch for us. The only thing that's keeping me upstairs so far from him is the scent of him all around me. The forest in rain.

     This was my first Heat and I have to say, I always thought wolves were over-exaggerating but holy hell I have a newfound respect or the entire species. The amount of fucking and cuddling that ensued over the length of the last four days has my body needing some major TLC. I turn the jets on to a higher setting as I slip deeper into the water, my tail coming out to play with the bubbles that settle along the surface of the water.

     My ears perk up in excitement as I hear steps coming up the stairs and I turn towards the door just as Alex comes in with a smoothie in hand and a soft smile on his face. "Hey, Chloe. How you feeling, pup?" He asks coming over to kneel beside the tub. We both agreed that even though his body was sore as well it was better to take turns than to trigger another wave of ruthless fucking by sharing the large jacuzzi.

     "I'm okay. The water feels so so so good, Alex, thank you." I praise giving him my best smile in return to his question. His eyes glaze over and he seems dazed a little by my grin but he quickly shakes his head to clear it and gives me a small one in return.

     "No problem, pup." He says his gaze towards me so loving and tender my heart wants to melt at it. One hand pases me the smoothie, the cold beverage should be able to help calm my over heated body, and the other comes up to caress and scratch my ears in a way that has me purring. He chuckles before going to stand up and kissing me between the ears on my head lightly. "Don't get all wrinkly, Chloe." He says smiling down at me.

     I scoff feigning hurt. "You would fuck me wrinkly so that says more about you than me."

     "You have a point there." He concedes shaking his head at me.

      "Besides you damn near broke my body. I need this therapy." I say gliding my fingers through the water carefully.

      "Yeah. I guess everything goes back to normal tomorrow." And the tone of his voice as he leaves the bathroom has my ears flattening on my head and my head hanging low.

     Maybe...... Maybe I don't want it to go back to normal.

After sitting in the jacuzzi for a while and taking a shower to wash the dirt and the lingering  smell of sex off, I head downstairs to the kitchen. I'm a little embarrassed seeing how I forgot to bring clothes with me to Alex's house and now I'm stuck wearing a shirt of his and a pair of briefs, everything else in his closet way too big for me.

I reach the bottom of the stairs and head into the kitchen though I don't find Alex inside. Heading to the living room I find it empty there too, but before I can go and look for him elsewhere, there's the sound of a car coming up the driveway. Curious, I go and look through the blinds that's in the living room to see who it is, expecting James and Cody.
