Same time when everyone was resting in their room,

Rajeev was looking outside of the window with a smile, the genuine one. His hands folded behind his back. Nandini who was sitting at the edge of bed looking at her husband who surprised her today. She was confused by the sudden change in his behavior. Curiosity was killing her and finally she decided to ask him,

" Rajeev ", Nandini called him.

" Hmm ", he was still looking outside.

" I want to ask you something ", she said with hesitation.

" Why I behaved like that right ", Rajeev already know what she wanted to ask him. He turned to her and completed what she wanted to ask.

" Yes ", Nandini nodded at him.

" When I looked at Koohu it take me some time to composed myself. She was looking so innocently. Her eyes was teary that pain me. Looking at her I remembered our 3 year old Swara, she was also innocent like her but at same time courageous like her. You looked at her she is just 3 year old girl but still without thinking twice when I was about to scold her mother she stand for her mother ", Rajeev's voice was cracked and tears were formed in his eyes, he immediately wipe before Nandini see it. He sigh and continued

" Don't you feel something for that girl, like our Swara is standing in front of us ? ",

" Yes, how can we forget Swara, she was the shine of our Shergill's ", Nandini sadly smiled and said, she also had tears in her eyes remembering Swara.

" So you are not angry at Veer anymore ? ", Nandini knitted her eyebrows and asked confusingly.

" I'm, I'm still angry at him, but I know my son if he take such a huge step like this without letting us know then definitely there should be a valid reason of it ", Rajeev said thoughtfully.

" But still what he done is wrong , and that girl Adhira we know nothing about her. How can we accept her? ", Nandini said

" Nandini I know it's really hard for us accept the things but I want to talk Veer first then I'll decide what to do next ", he said and Nandini looked at him, she wanted to say something but she choose to be quite. Rajeev understand her silence and chuckled at her.

" Don't worry I'll talk with him calmly",

Veer's POV

I was going down to because Dad called me, and honestly I'm hell nervous. Things are not going through my plan everything messed up when I thought my plan is working. But one thing amazed me in this, that is Koohu. How courageously she stand for Adhira, who really don't deserve such innocent child.

But don't worry Adhira you happy days ended, now be ready to cry.

Dad. I hope his anger is calmed now. I can handle everything but his anger never. No one cam handle his anger in our family. But I'm really surprised after seeing Koohu, Dad anger calmed immediately though it maybe temporary but still Koohu deserve appreciation. Afterall today she saved me from him atleast I get sometime to think what I'm going to tell him.

I reached to Dad room. My heart was drumming due to nervousness. My throat also dried. I take some deep breaths and knocked on the door.

" Come in ", I heard his cold voice and shiver run through my body. I slowly opened the door and went in.
