Third Person's POV
"I'll keep her," malamig na sagot ni Froze sa tanong ng kapatid.
Saellyn looked at him, shocked.
"What? Froze, that's illegal," nag-aalalang saad nito.
"Baby," saway ni Dagger sa asawa pero hindi siya nilingon pabalik ni Saellyn.
"I am aware, that it's illegal, Saellyn," Froze responded.
"Froze baka mapahamak ka sa gagawin mo, and even Arrow. You can't keep her for long dahil hahanap-hanapin siya ng mga tao sa Korea," saad ni Saellyn.
"Baby, Arrow is in danger, and you know we're doing illegal things since from the very start," tugon ni Dagger.
Saellyn became silent. Kalaunan ay napakamot din sa batok.
"Gano'n ba 'yon, baby? Sorry." Alanganin itong tumawa. "Tago mo na siya, Froze, pakasaya ka. Joke lang 'yung sinabi ko."
Dagger just shook his head because of his wife's silliness.
Sabay-sabay silang napalingon nang bumukas ang pintuan, tulak-tulak ng mga nurses ang hinihigaan ni Arrow.
Froze worriedly went to Arrow to check her. "Baby, you'll be fine soon, okay?"
Tinanaw na lang papalayo ng lalaki ang dalaga nang magtungo na ang mga ito sa ibang direksyon.
"Fucktards, what's with the commotion about?" A voice from the other direction.
"Hey, Third," bati ni Froze rito.
Lumapit ang kapatid sa kaniya para tapikin siya sa balikat. "You look down, what happened?"
"Arrow is in critical condition," sagot ni Saellyn.
Tumango-tango naman si Third. "I see. Why didn't you call me, Xord? You traitor."
Kaagad namang umalma ang huli. "Mas malapit si Dagger sa akin. And why would I call you? You're so busy finding that girl."
Third grinned at Xord. "Says by the man who's doing the same thing."
"Mga engot talaga kayo! Bakit ba nag-aaway kayo? Kita ninyo na ngang depress na 'to si Froze!" galit na bulyaw ni Saellyn sa magkakapatid.
Nagtapunan na lang nang masasamang tingin ang dalawa bago sundan si Froze na bigla na lang naglakad papalayo.
"Where are you going, Froze?" takang tanong ni Dagger rito na sumunod na rin.
"I'll get her room number," simpleng sagot nito.
FROZE smiled sweetly when he lay her down the bed.
Nakangiting hinaplos niya ang magandang mukha ng babae, puno nang pag-iingat sa takot na madali niya ang mga sugat nito.
"Wake up soon, baby, I want to see your eyes again," he whispered to her before kissing her soft lips.
Mariin siyang napapikit nang maramdaman ang labi nito sa labi niya.
He'll do everything to keep her safe, he'll risk his own life for the woman he loves.
He took care of Arrow everyday, he'll never get tired of checking her vitals and keeping her safe.
He needs to call for Saellyn's help everyday to change Arrow's clothes.
Kinailangan niya ring humanap ng magaling na doctor para sa babae. Even if she's not awake, Froze loves the feeling that Arrow is with him.
But one night changed everything. Gunner, the emperor of Korea called him. He knew all the time that Froze has Arrow.
"I can't, Gunner, I can't," pakiusap niya rito nang pilit siya nitong pakiusapan.
"Froze, it's for Arrow's safety. She'll never be safe hanggang nasa kamay mo siya. Marami ka ring kalaban, at katulad mo ay marami ring humahabol kay Arrow." Malutong na napamura si Froze sa narinig.
"Why can't they just disappear? Just kill those ass holes! Sawang-sawa na akong tumingin mula sa malayo, Gunner! Sawang-sawa na akong magtiis!" he shouted angrily.
"But you have to, Froze, you have to let her go. You need to. In order to keep your woman's safe, you need to let her go. Para sa ikabubuti ng apo ko, Froze. Hindi ba at 'yon naman ang gusto mo?" Mariin niyang iniyukom ang mga kamao.
"I've sacrificed everything that I can offer, Gunner, but why are you doing this to me? Kaya kong gawin ang lahat nang sasabihin mo, but letting her go was never my option. Gustong-gusto ko na siyang makasama habang-buhay, Gunner. I want to cage her inside my arms forever, be with her. But why? Why can't you just let me?" he said, almost begging.
He heard Gunner sigh from the other line.
"I'm sorry, Froze, I'm sorry."
"I can't do that, Gunner. You know how much I waited for this day to come, ngayon ko lang siya makakasama, ngayon lang. Ilang taon akong nagpakasawa sa pagtingin sa kaniya mula sa malayo. Just let her be with me, please? Just for a couple of days when she woke up. Kahit maranasan ko lang ang pakiramdam na nakikita at nakakausap niya ako," pagmamakaawa niya.
He thought Gunner will agree. But everything was useless after all.
"Froze, let her go. Let her have the life I wanted her to have. At huwag na huwag kang magpapakita sa kaniya habang hindi pa siya nakakaalala. I want her to be happy just once." 'Yon ang nagtulak kay Froze para pumayag sa kagustuhan ng matanda.
Let her be happy?
To keep her safe?
Who wouldn't want that?
Kaya kahit masakit sa dibdib, he took Arrow in the Philippines to keep her safe. It's the safest country he thought of, his brothers are there and people in the Philippines are adorable.
They'll treat his woman right.
Maybe those ass holes will never suspect that she's still alive, they will never suspect that she's in Philippines.
Kahit labag sa kalooban niya ang ipaubaya sa mag-asawang Perez ang babae, he did what's the right thing to do.
"She'll never be safe if she's with me, please, take her," malamig na saad niya sa lalaking napili ng emperor.
"B-But--"
"Take a good care of her, Henry, I'll be watching you."
He kissed Arrow's forehead before leaving. Pero bago pa siya umalis ay tinanaw niya ang pigura ng dalaga buhat-buhat ni Henry.
"I know it will be difficult not to show up, Arrow. So I'll try my best not to, but if we're really meant to be, destiny will do everything to make our paths crossed again, right?" he whispered.
Ngumiti siya nang mapait. "I love you, baby."
