Caesar's been acting weird this past week. I don't know if weird was the right word, but he's had something on his mind all week.

Upon asking Morgan about it, I found out his dad said he was coming to visit him. "His dad's an ass." He mumbled while scrolling through his phone. "0/10, would not want to meet again."

"He's that bad?" I asked as anxiety started nipping at my stomach. He didn't expect me to meet him, right??

"Yes, I would curb stomp him if he wasn't Caesar's dad." He sounded nothing but sincere, somewhat scaring me. He's that mean??

"Uh," my voice shook, "what's he like?"

Morgan looked up from his phone thoughtfully. "Um, I don't really know how to describe him, you'd just need to meet him. He's a big homophobe, gross-" I felt my stomach drop. I'm a gay. "-hates white people, but same, I can't be mad about that." Oh my god, I'm white.

He glanced at me and gave me a pitiful look. "He doesn't like hybrids either." Oh no, I'm a hybrid. "And it's like he has a constant tree shoved up his ass, so far up there that you-"

"Who are you talking about?"

Morgan's mouth hung open, sentence left unfinished, when Caesar walked into the living room. "Uhh.." He stared at me, silently begging for help.

"You!"

"Me?"

Morgan stared at me incredulously, silently saying what the fuck?

I panicked!

"Um, no, uh-"

"Oh my god." Morgan saved me the embarrassment and cut me off. "I was talking about your dad."

Caesar frowned. "My dad? Why?"

"Isn't he coming in a couple days?"

"Ah, yeah." His mood seemed to be dropping from just the thought. "I was actually gonna talk to you about that.." He seemed even more uncomfortable, refusing to meet Morgan's eyes as he looked anywhere else.

"What's up?"

"Um," His eyes drifted over to me while I pretended to watch tv, "we can talk about it later."
