~ SPOILER ALERT THIS CHAPTER CONTAINS MAINLY EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN THE EPISODE OF WHEELS ON THE BUS THOUGH THERE WILL BE SOME DIFFERENCE THE PLOT EILL RELATIVELY BE THE SAME~
We all come into work today and as soon as I walk in everyone is gathered around and busy I walk over to Morgan. "What's going on?" I ask him. "Have you seen the news?" I shake my head no. "A bus full of kids disappeared." He explains. "You got to be kidding me." I say running my fingers through my hair. "I wish I was." He states shaking his head in disappointment. This case doesn't take place to far from Virginia. It's in Washington D.C.
I overhear Hotch talking to García. "Another tech analyst from another department is coming onboard to help with the case we need all hands on deck." She nods understandingly. She lets him know that she is still doing research off the clock trying to find more out about Elizaveta and about our Jane Doe. "You will be flying with us to DC." He adds "please be prepared to leave in 30."
"Yes sir." She says running off to gather her things. Soon the other tech analysis comes up, his name is Kevin. We all board the jet. We could've driven there but in a situation like this is smarter to take the jet. We can get there quicker, we can find the kids quicker. We settle in our seats as we try to get some rest before landing. We need maximum effort and energy put into this case today. Spencer is the first to fall asleep, Penelope stays awake her head full of worries for the children, Morgan reads over his case file for a few minutes before putting it away and leaning his head against the window to sleep. JJ doesn't sleep, though she keeps her eyes shut as she thinks about the case. Aaron doesn't get any sleep at all, I couldn't sleep even if I tried. So, I stay up with him. Running on a couple of hours of sleep is my specialty."Hey." I say looking at him I figured I'll try to distract him. He always gets tense when there's a case about children. He could never understand how someone could hurt someone so small, so pure and innocent. He looks at me from across the table. "Hi." He says tiredly. I give him a small smile. "Maybe you should sleep a little before we land." I suggest. He shakes his head in response. "I can't sleep, not with a case like this." He explains, and I understand completely. I couldn't sleep on nights before my assignments. I reach my hand over the table to grab his. He looks at me for a second then glances at my hand stretched out for him to hold. He looks back at me as if to ask for permission and I give him another small smile letting him know he has it. I am usually cold and detached but I know when I'm supposed to be the opposite. He reaches over and takes my hand in his and I give his hand a squeeze. "It's going to be okay. We'll catch them, we always do." I state confidently. He press his lips together unsure. "Hopefully." He says. "We will." I stress to him as I rub my thumb over his hand. This reminds me of when I first started at the BAU and he was the one reassuring me.
We waste no time setting up in the police station we head straight to where the bus was last seen meeting with the sheriff and his team on sight. "SSA Hotchner and this is my team, JJ, Printess, Morgan Rossi, Edythe and Dr. Reid. And these are our tech analysis Garcia and Kevin. He runs through our names in a rush trying to get to the point. "Thank you for coming so quickly." The sheriff says as he shakes hands greeting Hotch. "This is where the bus was last seen?" Aaron questions after he drops his hand back to his side. "Yes, on this street they were coming down from that way." He points. "Do we know everyone who was on the bus?" Rossi asks stepping into the conversation. "Yes, there were 19 kids on the bus, the bus driver and the bus monitor." He explains. "Bus monitor? That's weird.." I could hear Kevin say mostly to Garcia when he spoke. "Why's that?" Morgan asks. Kevin looks at everyone a bit shocked never being placed in this position before clearly made him slightly nervous. "Well- I..I rode the bus through out all of middle and High-school and I never had a monitor. It's just a little weird." He states. "That makes you think, was there monitor there to watch the kids or to watch the driver."
