With the start of the flight, Aaradhya reminisced her memories with her grandpa.

"Our plane is about to land, please put your seat belts on."

With the announcement, she comes out of her thoughts.

Aaradhya got off the plane and walked towards the entrance. She felt her phone vibrate. She answered it, "Hello, Ani I am just coming towards the entrance."

"...."

Anirudh saw her coming from inside. He called her name and walked towards her and engulfed her in a warm hug and kissed on the top of her head affectionately and took her luggage. And both made their way out of the airport towards their car.

As they reached their car, the driver put her luggage in the car and opened the car door for them.

After they got in the car, Aaradhya asked Anirudh about her grandpa.

"Three days back all of a sudden he started sweating profusely and fainted. The doctor said that he had a mild stroke; he was discharged today and he said he wants to see you," said Anirudh.

Aaradhya saw that all her family members are waiting for her in the living room as soon as she entered the house. She greeted all of them and went near her grandpa and hugged him and started sobbing.

"I missed you, grandpa."

"Aadhya look, I'm fine and only you had become soo thin, " her grandpa said and kissed her forehead whilst wiping her tears.

"Go and have your lunch and take rest then we will talk in the evening, " her dad said and patted her head affectionately.

After lunch, Aaradhya dozed off to sleep.

At evening, Aaradhya went downstairs to the living room and saw a middle-aged couple sat beside her parents and talking with them. After they saw her, her mom told her to take blessings from them.

Aaradhya went near them and touched their feet and took their blessings. They made her sit between them. Aaradhya looked at them confusingly, the woman introduced herself, "it's me Attayya(dad's sister), sorry Aadhya you should have grown in front of me but now I had to introduce myself after 20 years, " she said looking at Aaradhya affectionately and tears welled up in her eyes.

After that Aaradhya got to know that they are her aunt and uncle who parted from her family due to some misunderstandings.

Then she held Aaradhya's hand and asked Aakash(Aaradhya's father), "Annayya(brother), will you send her to our house as my daughter in-law? I will take care of her as my daughter."

Aaradhya doesn't know how to react, she just kept looking at her dad and brother without saying anything.

She continued affectionately all the while looking at Aaradhya, "I know it was all of a sudden to you and you no need to get uncomfortable here and the decision is yours, we are not forcing you to agree and the final decision is yours I just want you both to be together."

Aaradhya nodded her head not knowing what to say. After that, they left to their house saying that they will come tomorrow.

Aaradhya went and sat beside her grandpa without saying anything,

"What do you think regarding this marriage proposal?" asked her mother, but Aaradhya didn't say anything and kept quite.

"Don't worry princess, if you don't like then you can reject him, " said Anuradha.

"Aadhya, do you have anyone special in your life? Are you in love with someone?" asked her father.

"No dad, it's not like that but my studies have not completed and I haven't achieved anything in my career."

Aaradhya's grandpa who was silent all these time held her hands affectionately and asked, "Aadhya, will you consider this marriage proposal for grandpa, however you can reject him if you don't like after meeting him.. can you??"

Aaradhya nodded her head without hesitation, as her grandpa who pampers and spoils her asked something from her for the first time.

"I know this is sudden for you princess but believe me he is a nice person and you will be happy with him, and you can continue your studies and career, " said Anirudh.

"Then it's okay with me if it is okay with you all, because I know you all always choose the best for me so that I'm happy with it," Aaradhya replied thinking that even though she didn't get the love of her life, she has the family who loves her a lot.

They all smiled and hugged her, she returned their hug. Anirudh smiled lovingly at her and caressed her head. Her sis in law hugged her and kissed her on her cheeks.

Aaradhya's parents had always given her a lot of freedom; they would give her advice during the major turning points of her life, but never forced her to do or follow anything. This marriage was also because her Grandpa was asked and she was still single. Her father asked her to consider this , but her parents still respected her decision on whether she wanted to marry and start a family or remain single for the rest of her life. Aadhya's brother was more willing to agree if his precious sister wants to be single for life, so they can pamper and spoil her for rest of her life without letting her face out world difficulties. She spent most of her time by coding in computer or helping his brother in company matters without having much idea on out world difficulties.

Aadhya was actually very clear with herself that the generous atmosphere of her family had wrapped her in cotton wool, protecting her from much of the world's difficulties and unpleasant realities. She had never been tempered by the furnace of society, so it wasn't an exaggeration to say she didn't know the suffering of the people. But this was not good for her private affairs. His interpersonal relationships were also simple; her friends were either from her University or from her brother's friend circle, who always look after her. She basically had no other social interactions. So Aaradhya agreed to this without second thought.

After dinner, Aaradhya was standing in her balcony recalling all the things that happened today...
